Got a 10 dollar sandwich a month ago and the bread was stale. Benefit of the doubt went again today and the bread was warmed up to appear fresh. 10 mins later when I went to eat it the crust is ROCK hard. Text twice got no response until I said I’d write a review. Make sure you ask if the bread is fresh before you order. Even though you should not have to. It should be fresh!! Good luck

My recent visit to Ice Cool Treats left me feeling utterly disappointed and regretful of my decision to try their ice cream. It was truly a forgettable experience that I would not wish upon anyone.Let's start with the flavors. Ice Cool Treats boasted an extensive selection of flavors, but unfortunately, the taste did not live up to the hype. The ice cream lacked any real depth or richness, and the flavors seemed artificial and overly sweet. It was as if I was consuming a cheap, mass-produced imitation of what real ice cream should be.The quality of the ice cream was equally underwhelming. It had a grainy texture and was far from smooth and creamy. It felt like biting into frozen whipped foam rather than indulging in a velvety treat. I couldn't help but wonder if the ice cream had been poorly churned or if the ingredients were of low quality.To add insult to injury, the customer service was abysmal. The staff appeared indifferent and disinterested in serving customers. They lacked basic manners and failed to provide any helpful recommendations or suggestions. It was evident that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them.The shop's atmosphere was equally disappointing. The seating area was cramped and uncomfortable, making it difficult to enjoy the ice cream in a relaxed setting. The overall cleanliness of the shop was questionable, with sticky tables and dirty floors. It was clear that hygiene and maintenance were not high on their list of priorities.Lastly, the pricing was simply unjustifiable. I couldn't help but feel that I was paying a premium for a subpar product. The cost did not align with the mediocre quality and lackluster experience provided by Ice Cool Treats.In summary, Ice Cool Treats failed to deliver on multiple fronts.
