They were missing items I called back to see if they would deliver she refused when I got back up there to get the missing items I told her that I would like a refund she denied that I told her I would never patronize her business again and she laughed

The woman working here is the rudest I have ever met. The way she answered the phone made me want to say never mind, but I didn't I ordered anyway and she was just as rude in person. She acts as if she hates her life and everyone else around her.She dropped my pop on the floor and got mad when o asked for another one. She also got attitude when I asked for utensil which she put her dirty fingers all over so I didn't want them anyway. I won't go back. If I wasn't on my way to work starving I would have walked out. I wish I could take my tip back too, she didn't deserve not even a single penny.

How in the world is this sweet and sour chicken? It was suspicious when the food was packed and given to us within two minutes of placing the order that should have been my first clue. The “chicken” is not sweet nor sour, very dry and completely disappointing!

We have had Lucky's 4 times since we moved to the county. We were told it is worth the drive or delivery fee. First order was very delicious and we felt worth the $10 delivery charge. Bill was over $100+tip with the cash discount. 2nd time same but they charged $12 1 month later for cash delivery. 3rd time we ordered the same 4 dishes and egg rolls. Pedestrian at best for flavor and we decided to pick up to save the $12. We paid $1 less to pick up, so we did not tip. Prices increased???? 4th time ordering in 3 months and we should have saved our $. We ordered 8 egg rolls to have extra for lunch the next day. All 8 fit in 1 red box. When we ordered 4, they also took up most of the box. Very disappointed with this and most of the meal. Chef special rice was great. No longer worth the high prices and delivery charges.

Twice they shorted me an egg roll in my order. The first time it happened I did not call because things happen. The second time it happened just a couple weeks later I called and I was told I could get one egg roll replacement the next time I go. I pointed out that this has been twice now and even though I didn’t call the first time, I’m the one that’s inconvenienced not them. I asked them to make good on both egg rolls the next time I go in. They insisted I had to go drive back right away to pick up the two egg rolls or I would only get one replacement egg roll the next time I came by. I did not want to drive back tonight. I’m not sure why they thought it would be enjoyable to make me drive back tonight to get proper compensation for them cheating me out of two. The Customer Service at this restaurant is extremely lacking. They obviously do not care about their customers. The owner seems very greedy and I wonder if she found it funny to tell me I could have two eggrolls if I come now and only one if I come when it is convenient to me.

I ordered ginger chicken both times. Once delivered and once picked up yesterday.
Yesterday I was told it would be ready in 20 min I was there in 15 my food was already out and there was a massive line to the door. Their was one lady working cash and the phone so everyone meals sat. My chicken was horrible tasted like saturated grease. 2 photos are what I got and one photo is what ginger chicken supposed to look like. I have never once order general Tao chicken from this resturant..never.
The owners are rude and argumentative, they call you a liar when you are the one that ordered, paid for and ate the chicken. The first time I ordered it my son loved it and asked me to order again. I did and the chicken was little grease balls with no flavor. I called the resturant 2x to rectify the situation, and both times, they were very ignorant. It sucks because Harrow lacks restaurants, but I guess pizza it is.
