Drive thru order of a big arch combo and a mcdouble combo...easy right? Nope I got a big Mac combo and a mcdouble with a small fry....guy at the window at the essex location looked messy no smile no words just "pull to number 1"

I went through the drive thru at 2 in the morning after work. The kindness from the wonderful lady at the window was so refreshing. Not to mention the food took about 5 min (not an issue as it wasn’t busy) but it was the most fresh set of burgers and fries i’ve ever had. So professional and courteous, it was so nice to see ! oh and the gentleman also answered the phone when i called about an hour earlier to inquire about their store hours, and he was very welcoming !

If management sees this, I went on Tuesday Nov 19th (into the 20th am)

I ordered.
A sausage and egg meat muffin and then on the way home. I opened the bag and it was a burrito. How could they mistake a burrito for a saucer? Can make mcmuffin what a thing? I was looking forward to a good breakfast.

I came here on a cold day with some friends, we all ordered at the same time, everyone got their coffee, EXCEPT me! I ordered a hot chocolate, they said it’ll be done in a minute. The boy in the back making it looked like he didn’t know what he was doing. He just placed my drink on that rack behind the counter! He didn’t ask me if it was mine, and I was the only one in line! I only put 3* for service because of the lady, she was the only nice on3 there. Anyway, when she finally gave me my drink, it was cold! So much for a HOT chocolate, all the cream on top was melted and mixed in 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ I waited about 20 minutes! They shouldn’t put people to work if they don’t know what they’re doing 🤦‍♂️🙂‍↔️

Im sorry. But this is the 7th time in a row that i have been to this location, and either somthing from my order is missing, or made incorrectly. 7 times guys. Normally id just brush it off but somthing needs to be said here.... I cant leave the parking lot without having to double check and sure enough i was once again missing a burger. That was sitting in the tray ready to be bagged. How... 7 times in a row... come on please try to do better...

This place seems very hit or miss. Usually I don't have a problem with getting correct orders from skipthedishes here, or in general, but tonight was a flop. Skip pulled up to get my order and they didn't have my shake, nor their new flagship burger (the big arch) apparently. Then the restaurant cancelled my order due to the 'store being closed' when it's labelled online they're open 24/hrs drive thru. Sucks because I waited an hour and wasted a voucher.

This mcdonald’s has given me one of the most awful takeout experiences i’ve had. i ordered my dinner through the skip the dishes app. after my order was confirmed i waited a total of an HOUR for any updates to take place on the app. after said waiting time, i received a notification that my order was canceled due do INCOMPLETION. this means that in the hour i spent sitting and waiting hungrily for my dinner the staff at mcdonald’s were incorrectly doing their jobs. i understand how challenging it can be to work at mcdonald’s considering i worked at one. however this was beyond ridiculous. i HIGHLY recommend going into the restaurant or drive through so you can make sure your money isn’t being wasted.

Terrible service as it took close to 15 (FIFTEEN) minutes to get any food and multiple customers were experiencing the same delay. Manager just brushed off the issue when addressed.
Lack of staff and deceiving digital order display as they take your order number down so as HEAD OFFICE will not be aware service time.
