Ordered from there for pickup multiple times, everytime they mess the sub up. Over 5 times have I gotten, wrong bread, wrong cheese, asked for double meat and don't get it. How hard is it to read a damn recipt for an order and follow the order? Useless bunch of workers. I shouldn't have to go in and babysit them just to have my sub made properly. Waste of money and time.

i was served at 8:00 and the lady working the store had nothing but the best respect and was very patient with me as i didn’t exactly know what i wanted i really enjoyed my stay and must say it was the best sub i have had in a long time i will be back!!

Cutting portions in subs and almost never seem to have italian herb and cheese bread was asked to wait 50 mins😂 why would you wont cook the best selling bread ahead of time? Why would you wait till its all gone. Cant understand this

I went in today to get a sub and there were 3 employees there but only one was working and making all of the subs. Ever since the new owners have came In I feel the place is on a downfall and the new workers are very rude and disrespectful and some people need to heard personal hygiene especially at a food place thank you.

Rude customer service. Went in because my friend wanted a sub so I waited for him while eating snacks without making any messes and the worker yelled at me and kicked me out. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Just ordered a rice bowl to go to work with. No fork no napkins, and I can't even eat it.

Went in for a club sandwich. There was no white cheese, the lettuce and spinach were bad and I got attitude when I asked for a discount. They are supposed to pride themselves on freshness and customer service. Both were severely lacking today! Very disappointing

Anthony just made me to worst wrap, I asked for a signature wrap which should have double meat... This guy legit put 6 lil pieces of chicken on it, I give him -5? gave me way less than I should even have. I ate half of it and tossed it out was worse sub I've ever had
Decent subway location but the tip options are annoying. I don’t feel like I should be pressured to give a 20% tip for a sandwich that takes a minute to make.

The staff are like zombies. Legit EVERYTHING is extra cost and I mean Extra cost. The service is very slow. Bathrooms are always dirty and smells like pee. Tables never wiped down. Very expensive for a sandwich
