This tim hortons location is recently renovated and thats good. What i was impressed with was one of the staff members (probably the cashier), she was exceptional she didnt serve wath a plastic smile, she didnt smile at all but she was efficient she say that the place was busy and she was like wonderwoman in the scene where she was blocking bullets from the machine gun to save civilians. Great job. You will go far in your career.

I frequently visit this Tim Hortons when I pass through Essex. Lucas stands out as a friendly, efficient and personable server. I know I will always get great service, and my order will always be taken care of. Even when busy, I know that I will still have hot coffee, great food, and a smiling face from Lucas and staff. I’ve left good reviews and bad reviews, you guys have some fantastic workers and some crappy ones. How do I keep getting coffees you don’t let finish brewing, also second time I’ve had a coffee actually overflowing into the lid! How do you get it that full? Kid said last time with the lid on he filled it. Today girl at the window very standoffish had to ask three times how the day was etc to get more than “$2.25”. It’s honestly very tiresome to have the same complaints over and over again. Is it really that important to rush us in and out that it’s acceptable to repeatedly serve subpar product?would you serve this to your friends? And to show I’m fair I’d like to shout out Beth, Lexi, and I think the kids name was Elijah/Eli (long hair young guy)

This is the SLOWEST Tim’s I have ever been to in my decades of living. They never have minimum one item you ask to order. And the kicker today, I couldn’t order an iced coffee because it was “too hot”? I’m sorry but that’s pathetic. This location is an insult to all Tim’s.

Absolutely one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I’ve ever had at a Tim Hortons. The service was painfully slow, the staff seemed completely uninterested in their jobs, and the lack of basic communication was ridiculous. I stood there waiting far longer than necessary, with zero acknowledgment or updates — just blank stares and a general attitude of “not my problem.”
When my food finally came, it was an insult to call it a meal. My coffee was lukewarm and bitter, my sandwich looked like it had been thrown together blindfolded, and it was missing ingredients I clearly paid for. The quality was so low it honestly felt like they were daring me to complain. This wasn’t a small slip-up — it was laziness and lack of care from start to finish.
Tim Hortons markets itself as a Canadian staple, but this location is a complete embarrassment to the brand. There’s no pride in the work, no effort in the service, and no consistency in the food. It’s disappointing, it’s annoying, and frankly, it’s unacceptable. I walked out not just unsatisfied, but irritated that I wasted my money here.

Had a wonderful experience .A young lady called Madison served me .My coffee order is weird and have on many occasion been given strange looks .Madison was delightful .I joked about my order and she replied .We are here to make it the way you want .What a lovely young lady .I will Definetly be back
