There is a worker there jazzpreet who is incredibly rude and snotty and basically give you the cold shoulder and make it very unwelcoming to be order there. Would definitely not recommend

No soup after 6 during soup season is an interesting choice. Most people aren’t even done work until around 6pm. Extremely disappointed by this. Please reevaluate this decision.

When somebody orders eggs and bacon in a cup you should get silverware with it. Not just the eggs and bacon because I don't know what you're eating it with. Also being told that you can't have something out of the fresh pot because you still have something in another pot and you're not allowed to is absolutely ridiculous

How at 740am do you have nothing to order for food. No bagels, no donuts, nothing. Isn't that what you serve ? Disappointing .

I’m very disappointed with my experience today. It took over 10 minutes just to receive two drinks, and one of them — an Ice Capp — was handed to me with an iced coffee lid. On top of that, I had to wait an additional 5 minutes for a simple bagel. The service was disorganized and slow, and it really shouldn’t take that long for such a small order.
