I love this location,The one by the highway is good too. Something about small town coffee shops where they remember you and your order. Lots of regulars here for that reason. Mackenzie always greats me when I walk in even if she’s putting coffee on, makes sure my coffee is from a perfect pot (not taken from while brewing) so it never tastes like dish water. The coffee is good the service is better. I come in for my coffee and sour cream to start the day whenever I can. Essex timmies keep rockin’

I love this location, it’s definitely my go to! The staff here is second to none and they always prep my order even before I get to the window. Paige always makes me feel so valued as a customer (I’m def a loyal customer, I even make the trip 15 minutes away on Christmas Day when my local Tim’s is closed!) and will take the time to write a quick, sweet message on the lid. This makes my day and is always a conversation starter when co workers see it! Keep up the great work Paige!

I recently had a disappointing experience with customer service at this location. The staff appeared uninterested and inattentive, rushing through their tasks without acknowledging or addressing customer concerns. Despite customers waiting patiently, there was little effort made to streamline the process or respect the value of our time. It felt as though they were more focused on completing their tasks their way rather than providing a helpful and efficient service. This lack of professionalism and consideration needs improvement.
I'm at this location pretty much daily for my lunch break because I'm addicted to cold brew and omelette bites!!! And the team they have working weekdays between 2 and 4 always do an amazing job and are super friendly!

The lady at the counter started making my tea and then left it on the counter while she served the people behind me. I watched her get two other peoples orders while my teacher just sat there getting cold. She didn’t give it to me until I had to say excuse me are you gonna finish my drink?
