WHAT A HIDDEN GEM IN ESSEX COUNTY .
We recently went for a county ride and stopped here. We purchased some of their delicious ice cream topped on their homemade waffles cone and some of their homemade sugar donuts.

I miss this place. I'd stop in twice while on a long bike ride from Windsor to Harrow, Colchester or Kingsville. The owners were very friendly indeed, as well as nice human beings. It was just after they opened in 1988 that I discovered Ure's Country Kitchen. I haven't been on my bike since 2021, but I hope to get going soon; I've been sidelined from an accident. I'd recommend this place to anyone.
