Ordered a cake for my son’s birthday and was so disappointed. The concept was great, but the picture was terribly laid, bubbling underneath. The writing had missing spots in it. Just overall not impressed. For $60 I hoped for a bit nicer than this.

Zero customer service. No flipping. No smiling. Its like the workers are working as they are forced to do. Ordered dipped strawberry cheesecake. Provided simple strawberry cheesecake, when said wrong blizzard the worker took the blizzard and threw in dustbin.

I know it’s a quick restaurant , but the staff want some training, the person that served us was chewing gum, and slouching up the counter first thought was do you really want to serve me. Not a nice first experience, 4 employees standing around, bathroom had no towels for wiping your hands, the tables needed a good clean.
