I would give 0 zero stars if possible. We went to this location to order food. We left without ordering. The staff were rude, had attitude and didn't want serve us. She said it would take 30 min to cook and then when we went to order, she said it would take us 1 hr. The shift manager was rude and arguing with us.

Fries were cold, chicken was warm. Gravy was extremely watery, no flavour to it. Brought it back up to the counter, they offered no refund or replacement. Entire restaurant smelled like stale water/sewage. Road work being done out front of restaurant on #4 highway, this might have been part of the sewer smell issue. Maybe they should not have been open because of how bad the smell was.

This restaurant needs to close its doors for good. This will be the VERY LAST time we get food from this location. The fries are always cold & hard as though they were cooked the day before or perhaps reheated over and over again. Our chicken sandwiches were gross!!! We wiped the lettuce off. It was brown and wilted like it had been picked from a garbage. Do everyone a favour and close the doors for good before people wind up with food poisoning.

Riddle me this. Y'all close at 9pm but you're literally closing up, locking the store and turning the sign off by 8:30ish???? If you don't want to stay open till 9pm change your hours cause you're lying to the public and upsetting a lot of people by not staying open till you're suppose too... If its because you're out of chicken there's other things you can offer the public or make that you have on the menu that doesn't require chicken related options. .. closing at 8:30 when you're required to stay open till 9pm and your sign states 9pm is crazy. What ever happenend to customer service and making the franchise money?!?!?!?

If I could give this 0 stars I would. After seeing previous complaints about staff closing early and refusing to make more chicken, it is insane that this issue isn’t fixed. Probably the worst service I’ve received. Workers should not be closing kitchen an hour before close. Don’t go here
Best part of the order was the packaging. Chicken had a number of bone fragments. Price is high for the value (sic). A whole cooked chicken at Independent costs less. Lived in area for 7 years. First time visiting. Last time visiting KFC.

we came for dinner with family at 8:30 they took the order but while giving it to us they wanted to give us take out rather then dine in because they wanted to leave early while it was still 20 mins to close, we told them we have kids so we can’t take out we came grand bend beach our home is 2 hrs away they let us eat but keep bothering us every five minutes that we are closing hurry up, that was very rude of them
