Decaf Coffee tastes watered down as of late. Doesn’t matter how much milk or no milk is put in. Been this way at least the past month. Noticed the same thing at other local locations. Do better McDonald’s.

Today, I was travelling from Hensall to London and stopped at McDonald’s Exeter after placing a mobile order. I arrived about 10 minutes later, but my order (one burger and one coffee) was still not ready.
I tried to ask the staff three times for an update, but they did not provide any clear response and only said it was “being prepared.” The staff did not seem attentive, and communication was very poor.
My daughter suggested that we cancel the order and buy food in London, but we decided to wait. After waiting 30 minutes in total, we finally received our order. During this time, the staff were laughing and talking among themselves instead of focusing on customer service.
Overall, it was a very disappointing experience due to the long wait and lack of customer service. I would not recommend McDonald’s Exeter based on this visit.

Nazareth gave us 10/10 services. She was kind and patient everything you expect out of a drive through attendant. Amazing customer service! Would come back just for the vibes and welcoming demeanour!
