Came today July 17th to the Exeter Ontario location was refused service because I had my service dog with me. He was properly identified by his vest. Staff did not care. When informed they were violating AODA they did not care. Staff needs to be trained in the disability act. When a service animal is wearing their vest documentation is not needed, when documentation is provided best is not needed. Also masks are mandatory for customer’s and they had no signage to that affect...read full review
