I came in last Sunday on Easter. I had my order taken by a man who I couldn’t understand as he was speaking very quietly. A young girl then came out to make my pita. She was very respectful and asked me how my Easter was going. LOVE IT! She then completed my order very quickly and wrapped it perfectly. She was very friendly, very experienced and had to be around 16 years old. I would definitely come back to this location and hope to have a wonderful employee like herself making my pita!

So walked in and got hit in the face with a pretty bad odor and thought ok this could be a fart then notice tables were dirt floor was dirty and the farther in I walked the more I realized it wasn't a fart and in fact was the smell of rotting food and walked back out

I am a regular customer and attended this location at least once a week. I will never come back after the experience I just had. it took over an hour to get my food. No exaggeration. Partially no fault of the poor employee working by himself on a busy night and who should never have been in that position. Especially as he appeared inexperienced. However, that said. After over an hour my order (2 pitas) was still incorrect. I also witnessed him decline a phone call at least twice on his personal phone (appreciate that he didn’t take the calls…) no with his gloves on, and then resumed preparing the food without changing gloves. No effort was made to compensate or even apologize for the delay and issues experienced. We were so excited when this location reopened. Now it’s just a disappointment and clear that whoever owns/manages this location does not care about customer service or quality.

First time in Exeter in half a decade, was glad to find a healthy food option. I was greeted kindly by the individual working and they were very informative and ensured the order was done properly and in an efficient manner. Food is good, great customer service, the only issue I have is the poor choice in music(Dad rock).

When i showed up for lunch i order a pita extra meat came to $20. Ok better be decent. Walk over the the topping bar ,the lettus was yellow to the point it was not edible. It looked like they left all there fresh product out overnight. I passed on most the veggies. The girl didnt seem to care about my concerns or change the products. She said try something else? Couple hours later i got the shits.

Store hours need to be updated. I'm outside here at 10:45 and the store is closed. Hours say 10:30 open.No complaint about the food.

Super annoyed that the employee working put a minuscule amount of each topping in our pitas. Got the large/regular sized pita and had to ask for extra of everything, and then she barley added any more. 13 dollars a pita and not even full.

If you want cold toppings off the grill served with a bad attitude, this is the place to go. Our Buffalo Chicken pitas were served to us with the meat still cold off the grill. And the attitudes of the 2 girls working there where horrible. It seemed as if we were putting them out by even setting foot in the store. They couldn't be bothered to get any more toppings out so we had to make due with what they had left set out (3 pieces of pineapple was all we were getting on our pita). Do yourself a favor and don't go to this location. I will never be back.

Tried for the first time a pita bowl. Got the Southwest Chicken with bacon. So much in it it took 2 days to eat! Great flavour, loads of different items to add to choose from. Staff friendly and helpful while making choices of items to add.Would go back again for this item!

I love pita pit. I am wondering what the correct hours are because everytime I go to get it it's closed. It's not even 630 pm. Says it closes at 7 so what are your hours!

Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Pita Pit location. I have gone to 8 locations in 6 different cities/towns. I would give it 0 stars if I could. For reference I was at this location on Monday April 17th around 630pm. (Management this is for you) When we walked in, the young person working was mopping to keep the seating area clean. Awesome stuff…BUT when we went to the counter, they did not stop. The person behind the counter did not stop working to assist us either. We were the only customers in the restaurant. There was no line. And no mobile orders were being worked on either. We stood there, ignored, for a good minute and a half. Unacceptable customer service. Strike 1. Then, when we ordered, we were told something was unavailable (totally happens. All good)…well, when the drawer below the grill was opened, I saw the item requested sitting there…so we were lied to…wow…Strike 2 To continue, when our items were placed on the grill, we were not asked if we wanted veggies on the grill at all…which we are always asked. Every single time we order at any location. The veggies and our black bean pieces were not blended nor properly heated through either. So I had to prompt the young person working. I was met with an eye roll. Absolutely strike 3. Horrible customer service. I nor my household will ever bring business to this location again. As an international chain, certain service standards are a requirement. Restaurant management 101. This location, failed epically.
