Sandip was very unprofessional and doesn’t know how to treat people who aren’t the same ethnicity as him. We ordered an extra large pizza and he said there wasn’t any and he could give us a deal “2 medium pizzas for the same price”, he charged us $34 for the two pizzas. Our other family members paid $20 for two medium pizzas with the same toppings. When I asked for a refund he got angry and started showing attitude. I am beyond disappointed that he overcharged us just because we were females, he thought we didn’t know what was going on. People like this should not be doing customer service if they treat people like this especially if they aren’t from the same country as him.

This location is seriously lacking. Messed up order more than once. Place an order online for pickup gave them an extra 5 minutes got a notification saying that it was ready and I still have to wait 10 to 15 minutes for my pizza when two of them are already made and sitting in the heater. Clearly messed up on the order before mine and gave him my pizza. I get two that are sitting for 15 minutes and one fresh one. When you only have 30 minutes for lunch break and have to pick up shop order to only lose 20 minutes of your lunch waiting and driving. Thanks for another disappointing experience.
