Some of the rudest staff I’ve had an interaction with, would rather sit there and argue with a customer for 10 minutes then help fix a simple app mistake. Made countless snotty comments in the process and made it seem as though to remake the sub would be coming out of her personal paycheck

Worst customer service ever. There was only 2 customers in the restaurant when we went in. I wanted to ask her if she has veggie patties or not. She just said she didn't have time for that, she's too busy(there were 2 girls working at the same time). She is a customer service representative in the store and she doesn’t have time for this? I wonder if she's interested in doing her job and making few bucks to even cover her salary. We were group of 10 which might get the store a little businesses. But yeah, that makes sense, she was on weekend mode. A big No to this restaurant.

We were here ask the girl if she has veggie patties as we were big group but the lady was really rude. She rudely said she doesn’t have time to take out from back as she has many customers. Only 2 people were there other than us. I would have given 0 rate for service if possible

Probably the best sub i had in last couple of years. Well, best as in veggies were fresh, quantity was great, bread was fresh and perfectly toasted. Lastly place was nice, clean and server was very polite and friendly.

If only there was an option to rate this subway in negative, I would have rated -10. So, on August 30th 2024 around 6 pm in the evening, I went to get subways for myself with my husband and baby. After I ordered my sub, I asked if they had something for kids in the menu and Kevin who was making my sub said that they have a snackwich, so I ordered one, but he came back outside saying that all there sandwiches are frozen and apologised, I didn’t realise anything as such and didn’t make an issue out of it, but there was a nice lady behind me who initiated and asked him if they could do something in place, well he declined and then she spoked to the manager who said that she was helpless and cannot do anything. The lady re-iterated that it is poor customer service and left the restaurant with her order. There a boy who was wearing glasses, but did not have a name tag had something that went wrong in his head and developed some kind of attitude for no reason. Well, he did not started making my sub until I asked for it after waiting for 10 minutes there, he was loud as if he was yelling whenever he replied to me, he had some kind of issue in his head and on his face that literally made me feel disgusted being in that restaurant. I wonder why would they have frozen sandwiches when subway is supposed to serve fresh and why would they have such people working who cannot make a customer feel welcomed. This incident was a turn off for the rest of my day and i would like everybody else to be aware of this particular person before going in there.
