Messed up my order bad. No cheese…. Who doesn’t put cheese on a sandwich. No hot peppers. But they made sure to put lots of black olives (which I hate and most certainly did not ask for). Extremely unsatisfied. Girl that took my order seemed blatantly annoyed by doing her job. Highly recommend driving 20 minutes to the next nearest subway. Will not be ordering from here again. Tempted to call and complain as well…. :(

Some of the rudest staff I’ve had an interaction with, would rather sit there and argue with a customer for 10 minutes then help fix a simple app mistake. Made countless snotty comments in the process and made it seem as though to remake the sub would be coming out of her personal paycheck

Worst customer service ever. There was only 2 customers in the restaurant when we went in. I wanted to ask her if she has veggie patties or not. She just said she didn't have time for that, she's too busy(there were 2 girls working at the same time). She is a customer service representative in the store and she doesn’t have time for this? I wonder if she's interested in doing her job and making few bucks to even cover her salary. We were group of 10 which might get the store a little businesses. But yeah, that makes sense, she was on weekend mode. A big No to this restaurant.

Probably the best sub i had in last couple of years. Well, best as in veggies were fresh, quantity was great, bread was fresh and perfectly toasted. Lastly place was nice, clean and server was very polite and friendly.
