I asked for the $3.00 wrap with the purchase of a coffee. I received a farmer's wrap and was told that there was nothing they could do because I hd already paid. Very disappointed with exeter timmies
Alwasy something sucks there, either something isnt in stock, cleaning a machine so no ice caps or they just screw up your order. I wish there was a better and convenient place to switch too!

Im not sure why I am always waiting upwards of 20 minutes in the drive-thru only to arrive at the speaker and either be grunted at or cut off when I'm trying to order. Then get to the window to receive no acknowledgement of the wait, and have hands thrust out the window with my food not even being looked at so I have to scramble to make sure my order doesnt end up on the ground.
Do we just not care anymore?

I’m writing to share my disappointment with a recent experience at your Exeter store. I preordered my food and drinks through the app to save time, but when I arrived, I still had to wait at the counter for about 25 minutes with my three children.
Despite the long wait, my order was still incorrect when it was finally ready. This was very frustrating, especially after taking the extra step to preorder. I ordered an iced latte and got an iced coffee. I ordered breakfast wraps that barely had any eggs on them and they did not have the breakfast sauce.
On top of the facility not being as clean as I have seen it in the past. Employees seemed to be working at their slowest pace this morning. I also was not the only one who was complaining, the family before me had to wait 10 minutes for one single bagel. I’ve always enjoyed Tim Hortons, but this experience was quite disappointing and will start looking at alternatives for a little breakfast treat.

We place our order, went to table and it was dirty. Went to counter and asked for a wet cloth to wipe off the table and was told to use a napkin. I had to take napkin to washroom to get wet and couldn't believe how dirty the washroom was. We had a friend meet us there and when she went to place her order, she had people look at her but didn't go to take her order, we believe it was just before a shift change so she sat down with us with out getting anything. This is know way to run a business.

After waiting 15 minutes, for a toasted plain bagel with butter and plain cream cheese . I received a non toasted sloppy mess cinnamon raisin bagel cold. The establishment is filthy is smells terrible. Not one worker cared about the quality of service. And further more spoke to the owner who also could care less. Watched the owner come into the establishment walk right to the back and not once come out and lead his very unqualified staff . 14 year olds would give better service. This is unacceptable and shameful for a bunch of adults making coffee and simple sandwiches at that cost.

Drive thru order was wrong. Rec'd an $8 ice cap instead of xtra large regular coffee. Went into store the next day and it was filthy. DISGUSTING!! Will not return.

I asked for cheddar cheese for two bagels and they both had cream cheese then I watched them throw out the wrong bagels

Very disappointed and won’t be back. House flys behind the glass counter enjoying the donuts and muffins more than the customers . I quit going into the store and went through the drive thru only to be misunderstood and having to repeat my order multiple times and then to get to the counter and have the wrong order. A coffee double double is not a difficult request. Won’t go back, I’ll make coffee at home.

Slow service, long wait time at the counter, could hardly understand the server. But we made due, grimy ceilings, bathrooms are dirty, and smell. The facility needs updating. Nice fireplace though.
