After waiting 15 minutes, for a toasted plain bagel with butter and plain cream cheese . I received a non toasted sloppy mess cinnamon raisin bagel cold. The establishment is filthy is smells terrible. Not one worker cared about the quality of service. And further more spoke to the owner who also could care less. Watched the owner come into the establishment walk right to the back and not once come out and lead his very unqualified staff . 14 year olds would give better service. This is unacceptable and shameful for a bunch of adults making coffee and simple sandwiches at that cost.
I’ve been to a lot of tim Hortons and this is by far the worst one with the longest wait times

Drive thru order was wrong. Rec'd an $8 ice cap instead of xtra large regular coffee. Went into store the next day and it was filthy. DISGUSTING!! Will not return.

I asked for cheddar cheese for two bagels and they both had cream cheese then I watched them throw out the wrong bagels

Very disappointed and won’t be back. House flys behind the glass counter enjoying the donuts and muffins more than the customers . I quit going into the store and went through the drive thru only to be misunderstood and having to repeat my order multiple times and then to get to the counter and have the wrong order. A coffee double double is not a difficult request. Won’t go back, I’ll make coffee at home.

Slow service, long wait time at the counter, could hardly understand the server. But we made due, grimy ceilings, bathrooms are dirty, and smell. The facility needs updating. Nice fireplace though.

Absolutely disgusting washrooms. One of the worst I’ve ever seen. It is very clear they don’t have regular cleaning schedules at all. Grime, dirt, and rust everywhere you look.

Worst Coffee Experience Ever
I ordered a hot latte, but what I got was ice-cold, as if it came straight from the fridge. I returned to the store within just 15 minutes to report the issue, but the staff gave me an absurd excuse: “It got cold because of the 15 minutes.” This is impossible since the coffee was left in my car on a 30°C day. The drink was clearly served cold from the start.
Terrible service, zero accountability, and no respect for customers. I will never return to this location and do not recommend it to anyone.

If I could give zero I would. First of all 8 people working in tight proximity of each other. A woman before me ordered Tim bits and paid but had to wait until they finally came to take my order. I said she’s been waiting for her Tim bits. It took 5 minutes before anyone came to take my order. Also those trees (shrubs) need to move. I drive a pickup truck and can’t drive through without backing up.

Just got my regular ice cap and again HAIR in it... I tried to explain this to the owner DAVE and he doesn't want to hear it.. quite literally, just walked away from me while saying he doesn't want to hear it this morning. So sick of all of these new employees and how low the quality has dropped... With hair nets and everything hair should never be in my drink.. Dave, before you tell another customer, you don't want to hear it.You probably should, that's a health violation

Coffee and food is always great in Tim hortons and so is service. In july31, I was visited this location first time in early morning around 5:30am young boy working there in drive thru is so friendly and professional he takes order respectfully and served drinks. Thanks for your pleasant experience in Tim’s. I will visit this location in coming time.

Well that certainly was not a good start to a day. Checked the web site at 5am and it clearly stated that the store was open so imagine my surprise when I got there and oops they don't open until 6am apparently.

Every morning I get coffee from here and nowadays they don't stir it at all.
No idea why they rush so much that they cant even try to make coffee right
