This used to be the best pizza but now seems to be new owners. I called for a 2 topping large pizza for 14.99. I asked her if I could do half pepperoni and half extra cheese and she said no problem (language barrier). I got there and she told me the extra cheese is an up charge and not included as a topping so she put extra cheese on everything and pepperoni on half. I specify stated the price and asked if I could and she decided to wait until pick up to advise me of the price. Not happy at all and will not be supporting this new ownership.

Ordered a large pizza for delivery. They showed up a few minutes early. The delivery person was friendly. The pizza was delicious, with a great, yummy crust and a good amount of toppings. Best pizza crust for flavor and texture that I've had in a long time! Keep up the good work.

Crusty's Pizza is hands down the best pizza I’ve ever had! From the perfectly crispy crust to the mouthwatering toppings, every bite is a slice of heaven. What happened to Crusty Pizza??? When they first came to Fenelon they were awesome. Not only did they taste good, the price was right. I have given my money to them at least a half dozens times thinking; a busy day or a new person making the pizza or maybe I should have chosen different toppings. I have made some many excuses for them. But NO! The pizza is now tasteless. Not enough sauce, not cheese, topping etc etc. In this economy, paying for take out/ delivery is a very big treat. When you get less than sub-par food you feel that you might as well, open their door, throw your money in and walk away without anything and starve! Shame shame. I’ve given you guys so many chances…Not another dime shall you have of my hard earned money!

Vegetarian options: I like a semi-soft, chewy, nearly one inch thick, medium-sized pizza with tomato mushroom and extra mozzarella!This Crusty's location delivers perfectly!!!I can shop at the nearby convenience store(same plaza building), and my pizza is ready by the time i'm done.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy parking is available in front of Crusty's Pizza. Yet also convenient at the nearby convenience store, just off to the right of Crusty's. It is easy to load and unload.By way of wheelchair accessibility. The door is not exactly wheelchair accessible, but it is only one door, opening outward. There's always someone there handy to hold the door for you.A very simple way to get in and use the overhead menu. Or place your order from your car and work out your options from your service representative. (?) Instead of using the inside menue and 4' countertop. The store is well lighted. And there are no chairs and tables to get in your way.I like the fact that the sjop is smaller tgan most. Still, floor space for customers is roughly 10'x16'.Eventually, I will add a picture here.**Or just drop in and have a look. It's that easy.

The pizza was mediocre. It could have used more flavour, more sauce, and a better quality cheese. Also try to put the toppings closer to the edge as half the pizza was plain puffy dry dough! Consistency and more time is needed.Overall ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ordered two XLs. I was told 25 minutes ready to pick up. It's now been 1 hour and 30 minutes. My plate is still empty as me and kids wait patiently. Have you ever seen 5 hungry kids be patient?The food has changed completely since new owners. Nowhere near as good as it used to be, unfortunately
