First let me speak about Nazmun the owner. She is a true angel and gives so much back to the town of fenelon falls. She is an involved active member of the community. As well in this day and age when businesses cannot find staff Naz has an endless supply of dedicated friendly happy staff so that is saying something. She even inspired...helped a former staff member to start his own restaurant that is a great success. He learned from the best.
Now the food....beyond delicious...

Visited Lotus Indian Bistro during a trip to Fenelon Falls with my family, mainly because my parents were craving Indian food. Went in with low expectations but was completely blown away! The appetizer platter was fresh and flavorful, and the chai (which I honestly didn’t expect much from) turned out to be one of the BEST Indian chai I’ve had in Canada. The fish biryani was absolutely delicious and packed with flavors. Highly recommend this place – a hidden gem!

Lovely food and great service. They were super accommodating for my spice-averse older parents who were trying Indian food for the first time. Highly recommend the onion pakora and vegetable madras.
