Undercooked, doughy and terribly bad tasting pizza. Felt like eating a frozen one.One of the worst I have had in a long time.

Terrible - closes early, terrible customer service, tiny cheese on pizza when you are able to get a slice... definitely NOT recommended...steer clear, go to reputable place for decent pizza...if I give a 0, I wouldve

The girl working seems stunned. got 2 orders wrong and then proceeded to tell me I didn’t order what I said. Didn’t give me my whole order than decided I couldn’t have my meal until I paid for my drink. (which was included in the combo i asked for). Can’t understand anything being said which then she gets the owner (older man) and he proceeded to tell me how i can’t be switching my order etc. chicken sandwich was burnt. NO GLOVES WORN AND SHE REACHES INTO THE PICKLE JAR WITH HER BARE HANDS AFTER TOUCHING EVERYTHING. Obviously desperate for money if they’re weighing a small fry. i didn’t feel safe eating here. why does this girl still have a job? same girl from previous reviews. don’t reccomend

We did a pick up order today and found the pizza was better then our local Toronto location. We had a regular pepperoni and a speciality pizza. I found the service efficient and pleasant. Glad I didn't read the reviews beforehand.

Zero hygiene and no respect towards customers the owner is very disrespectful and arrogant would never come back to this place

Total embarrassment in the name of pizza pizza gave me half cooked pizza and then refusing to refund. The lady working there does not know what to do didn’t even provide me a copy of receipt and then someone called the landline and threatened me since I was making a video showcasing their poor practices.

Absolute worst pizza from a Pizza Pizza anywhere in Canada. Stale freezer burn crust. Do not get pizza from here.

Don't order delivery. The workers there all use doordash to over charge. They list their home address, while working at the store, to grab any doordash delivery. Charge an absorbent amount for a 5 minute delivery, claiming they are out of town doing it. They don't speak English, and when I called about an obvious FINGER hole in my food, they said something in their native language then hung up.

Food is good, when i am able to get it. The hours on google are not accurate and the store is almost always closed when i arrive and there’s hardly any workers when they are open. as well as limited food options since its located in a gas station.

came into the store in fenelon falls yesterday and was told they dont have the pizza and wings special (for 19.99).what the hell??
