Last time I was here I asked the lady working how to use the app as I'de never used it before and didn't know how to get extra olives on my sub via the app. She refused to help me and told me if i was ordering from the app for pickup I had to leave the store and go back to my car which confused the hell outta me. Didn't leave a review but didn't comeback for awhile, last night I decided screw it I'll give it another try, except their hours say they are open until 10 and 845pm the store was closed and no one answered the phone
Joke of a subway do yourself a favor and go to Lindsay, caygeon, Coby, anywhere but this dump

Superb location right by the falls. Very fresh and delicious preparation. Hygienic and courtesy too.
The subway owner is not being nice to customers, which makes people unhappy. When the owner acts poorly, it hurts the subway's reputation. Being mean to customers is not okay and can make people not want to go there. It's important for the owner to treat people well so everyone feels welcome.
