The subway owner is not being nice to customers, which makes people unhappy. When the owner acts poorly, it hurts the subway's reputation. Being mean to customers is not okay and can make people not want to go there. It's important for the owner to treat people well so everyone feels welcome.

Long trip home , and stopped for a sub. Subs were so good . Got 12" planning to eat half next day for lunch . Ended up eating whole thing . Enjoyed.

3 times this week i go after I’m done work to get something and it’s been 840pm they have the sign off and closing up when closes at 9pm. Disappointed.

I was upset that I felt like I was preventing the store from closing. I arrived about 745pm and everything was already packed up even though the sign and website both say that you are open until 9 pm on Saturday. So not overly impressed that the door was locked and lights out by 8 pm and someone was eating when this was done. Not very good customer service.
