The quality and service are plummeting here and fast! Shame on the owner for willingly replacing the local staff with Indians so he can take advantage of the government subsidies. Smart move to let them take orders because you can barely understand them and most of the time, a Canadian team member has to interrupt to complete the order.
English is clearly hard for this place, ordered a PLAIN BAGEL - DOUBLE TOASTED - With PLAIN CREAMCHEESE
Received - blue berry muffin with butter
It’s silly stuff like this that makes an experience bad and ruins it for all minimum wage workers
There was too bad experience with them, don't try any wrap from this location.
There's actually places you can sit unlike the Tim's in coboconk. Also it opens late until 10 or 1100 p.m. which is amazing
Good one
I brought a friend and his dog. They asked if he could have a nugget. Killer loved it
I’ve seen paint dry faster watching these guys make food, twice I’ve left cause the food takes so long

The level of service at this location is abysmal. You can hear the employees bickering amongst themselves. Waited for 8 minutes for a coffee this morning….absolutely no one in front of me I’m the head of the line. Do better

Was our daily coffee stop until they couldn't get our orders right. Busy at lunch with lots of local high school students. Some of the staff is as good as you can get (Dale), the rest not so much. Many seniors stop for coffee and donuts. We won't be back.
We gave them a second chance with our cups labelled in big letters with instructions for the order. Still they screwed it up. That's it. We threw out our Tim's cups and will never be back.

Was recently charged for a touch of extra cream in my ice cap, went in today for a cold brew that had almost no espresso foam on top. Returned it and asked to get what I paid for. They made me another with almost no foam again. For a place that wants to charge for every little thing, I’d expect you’d give what I actually paid for instead of cheaping out. Congratulations on losing another regular and approx 150 per month in sales from myself alone. On principle alone I will drive out of my way to give another business my money. Well done!

Review isn't about this particular Tims, I have just found the quality of food has gone down hill a lot in the last decade or so, this is all Tim's, not just this location. I found this location to be on par with any other Tims I've been in and the staff was great. Coffee and food is meh but it's not a result of the staff in any way.

I actually bought a Cafe Mocha at the Beaverton Tim's. It was *terrible*! I took 1 sip, and couldn't drink any more. On our way through Fenelon we stopped at Tim's and I went in to ask if they could fix it for me. They looked at it, said 'that's not a café mocha' and made me a new one at no charge, which I greatly appreciated.
