We’re from Norland and went to see the Fenelon Falls parade last night, as we do every year. Our 2- and 5-year-olds are sick, so we parked along the fence line of this property so they could watch the parade from inside the car. We arrived around 4:35, and the parade began at 5:00.
Once the parade had fully ended, a man approached our vehicle, said he was the property owner, and told us the area was for customer parking only. His sudden approach in the dark really frightened our kids, who weren’t expecting anyone to come up to the car.
I was genuinely surprised by the lack of understanding, especially during the Christmas season. Because of the way we were approached and the lack of compassion shown, we won’t be supporting this business going forward.

this is my first review ever, so that’s saying something. I’m a barista at a local coffee shop in sudbury and know how drinks are supposed to be made. I got an iced matcha latte, first red flag was that she used one tiny scoop of matcha in a mega drink size and STEAMED THE MATCHA. my drink tasted like milk! Second we got and iced chai, and the chai wasn’t actually chai tea.

I always will mention that the importance of good customer service, interpersonal skills and someone who is just truly happy at what they do working with customers…Luke who works here is super friendly and makes this place elevate to a new level…A wonderful conversationist and you can see he has a true passion for customer service and working as a barista…SPECTACULAR JOB LUKE!!!
An adorable, comfortable café, super yummy breakfast sandwiches, I recommend the bacon breakfast sandwich and the peameal bacon sandwich…I forgot to take a picture, I was so hungry I ate it lol and it was amazing…The latte are very flavourful and the staff are super friendly and and make you feel welcomed. They had a huge elevated deck that you could sit out back and very comfortable. I really enjoyed this place. I’m an espresso snob and this place surprise me for a country place.…If you’re in the area, give this place a try wonderful pastries, and sandwiches.. oops and I forgot to mention their bagels are like no bagels I’ve ever had super light, airy, fresh and crispy with their cream cheese, a few to choose from…No complaints here this place is a must try.

Easy to park, always the best customer service, and you can even do a little shopping next door. River, the owner, is awesome. It's so nice to have a consistently good cafe in town.

Fantastic, chill atmosphere. The pastries are incredible. I get the Fenelon Fog every time, it is delicious. Highly recommend, great for a treat and chat with friends.
