I visit this location when I come to Fergus to visit a friend. The two ladies that work in there are so friendly and hard working. They care about how they talk to their customers.

Completely depends on when you show up. Drive Thru is open until 12, but theyre serving you food they cooked at 10-11 and just re-heated it. My buddy burger's onions weren't even grilled last time. Just about a dozen raw onions on a small burger. Nice.

70% of the time when I go through the drive through they make me park and wait. I’d be fine with this, but they *always* forget about you and I eventually end up going in after like 10-20 minutes of waiting. I’m sorry, but this is fast food. If I wanted to sit down and wait for my food, I would have gone to the Chuck’s down the road. I am not exaggerating in the slightest- this is ridiculous.

Rolled in right as they were closing without realizing, in my opinion they had every right to turn me away but they still chose to serve me (which was so blessed because i just came off a long shift, not eating anything). I unfortunately couldn't see their names but they were very kind and I had easily experienced some of the best customer service from any fast food joint. And it's A&W too so you know the foods gonna smack 🔥

I’m adjusting my previous review where we had a poor experience with the quality of the food. The owner reached out and offered to make it right. When we visited this time the food was delicious and the staff, as always, was polite and courteous.
