The few times I’ve gone to Chucks in Fergus I have always had a great experience with my family. I wanted to give the hostess tonight a huge shout out for being you! We have an autistic 16 year old and he is learning to be independent and working on appropriate communication, These 2 hostess were so patient with him, allowed him to pick his seat and nothing seemed awkward. Thank you again for this experience!! Not all people are like you both,

Went here for lunch with my father yesterday. Service was quick, friendly and the food was great ! The 18oz $4 beer was a nice bonus ! 🍻

I recently visited Chuck's Roadhouse in Fergus and was disappointed with a couple of things. First, we were told that we could only get one appetizer per drink, which felt like an unnecessary restriction. This policy made the experience feel more about pushing drink sales than customer satisfaction.
Then, to make it worse, we weren’t given any takeout boxes for our appetizers. We had food left over, and it’s frustrating not to be able to take it home.
Overall, not the best experience. I hope management considers making some changes to improve the customer service and clarity around policies.

These 5 star reviews must be fake. Worst service and food I’ve had since this place was a Boston Pizza. Don’t bother complaining about the wine glass straight from the dishwasher with lipstick prints still on it. Are the long hairs on the chicken wings garnish? Sick 🤢

Visited Chuck’s Bar and Grill for the first time and was really impressed. The place has a comfortable, welcoming vibe and the staff made me feel right at home. Service was quick without feeling rushed.
I tried the wings, and it was cooked perfectly—full of flavor and a good portion size. The drinks were also great and fairly priced.

We came as party of 6 people, we had table and then we hop on bar, I must say that the service is top notch and menu is very affordable.we impressed by the service it is so great. We will be definitely come back often, this is our new go to place…!!! Kudos to chucks fergus…!!! 🥂🥂🥂❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I am beyond disgusted. After eating most of my takeout from Chuck’s Roadhouse Fergus, I discovered an entire clump of hair cooked into my sandwich. We rushed back, horrified, and instead of showing any accountability, the manager argued with us over a $15 refund. Their excuse? That the meat comes “vacuum sealed”, as if that explains how a ball of hair made it through the kitchen and onto my plate.
This is not an isolated incident. I’ve since heard too many horror stories about this location, and I regret ignoring them until I had my own. The lack of sanitation, the dismissive management, and the sheer negligence here are appalling. Public health needs to get involved.
This place needs to be shut down. If you value your health and basic hygiene standards, do not eat here.

Absolutely disgusted. We found an entire CLUMP of hair as well as many loose hairs in our Philly cheesesteak sandwich takeout order. Had to drive back to the restaurant, front of house staff were understanding and profusely apologized. The manager at first only wanted to partially compensate us, saying it wasn’t their fault as they receive the meat vacuum sealed. Had to argue with him that this is a food safety and cleanliness issue and it needs to be taken seriously before we were offered a complete refund. Will never be back.

We love dining at Chucks, we had Elizabeth as our server and a delight she was, so friendly, professional and thorough and well spoken making our dining experience exceptional

We had Katie as our server the other night 10 to 10 experience. Best server I have had in a long time.!!!!

Kaitlyn is one of the kindest, most hardworking and friendly servers I have ever had. Will definitely return for her service.
