I had Nathalie’s Famous Panini and it was delicious! Goat cheese was very flavourful, the local bacon was really nice, and the thinly sliced pears was such a fancy touch!

If they’re serving Green Goddess soup when you go, be sure to treat yourself!

Huge variety of products, a busy place, quaint lunch area in the back, friendly and quick service, a coffee/ tea, drink counter, fresh baked goods, prices were a little high but in line with other health food stores, parking on road

I've met friends for coffee here on a handful of occasions. The ambiance is nice and the views of the gardens and river are beautiful. The restaurant is usually seasonally decorated. The coffee is great. I'd love to give 5 stars. The reason I did not is that on 2 separate occasions, with different employees, my friends and I were treated as an inconvenience to the person doing the seating for the restaurant. It's unfortunate that the employees, in this case, did not reflect the warm and inviting ambiance of the restaurant.

Owner is big on crazy conspiracy theories and pushing nonsense. Kitchen is NOT clean. I wouldn't trust them with your meal or health.

Great soups and they make a great borscht. 5⭐️Health Store - Great experience went in with some questions about my health and some advice on what products would help, staff spent a great amount of time explaining everything to me.They let me borrow some reading material as well.
