We ordered the two can dine for 15.99.Asked for it well done, had it garnished and started to eat it, didn’t taste right. Took back up they made two new ones they pulled them off and ask that they cook longer. Garnished it and tasted terrible, took two bits and pitched them in the garbage. Sure didn’t take like the original burger we are use to. What a waste and a disappointment.

We visit this location on our way up north all the time. It's right on your way into Fergus and easy to turn in and out of. With both Harvey's and Swiss Chalet in one unit there is something that everyone can enjoy. The space is clean and the food is consistently fast and fresh.

This Harvey’s is the best! It’s very clean and the staff is amazing. The staff always keep busy, constantly making sure their customers are well taken care of and the restaurant is clean and tidy. Omar and Sue and Desiree always go out of their way to make us feel so welcome, like family. We drive from Mount Forest at least once a week to get our Harvey’s fix!!! Never disappoints! Always delicious!

I don't normally review fast food but here we are my family and I had our dinner order with the new triple pickle poutine, and they forgot.thw deep fried Pickles. I went to work and then they told me the next day, I called that day and spoke to Simmi (sp?) And she went above and beyond! Not only did she say to.come back and we will replace it (even a day later) she also gave me the bigger size and a few other items. By far the best customer service I have ever received at a burger place ! Thanks Simmi (sp?) And the team that day
Was on a road trip today spotted the Harveys pulled in … the store was very clean ,bathroom was very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful to customers in front of me and me as well … food was fresh (not sitting in some heat tray) and had the choice to pick my toppings ! Was taken care of by “Omar” he was great so polite and helpful was real change to severed by a friendly person Would highly recommend stopping at this HARVEYS if you are passing through Fergus pick up some quality fast food that tastes great…. Would recommend this Harvey’s …. I will definitely make this a stopping spot next time I’m passing through Fergus !!

Harvey’s menu seems fresh and tasty, however my Swiss Chalet half chicken/ribs combo was extremely dry and sad to be looked at, coleslaw salad was old and soggy. Just wasted 20 bucks on a meal, never again.
