I ordered take out on the app with drive through pickup. When I got home I was missing the apple turnover from my order. It was late and I was not going to drive back.
I guess the lesson is to always check the bag before leaving.

This place is the real deal! Their burgers are cooked to perfection, juicy and flavorful. The buns are soft and fresh, and the toppings are top-notch. The service is outstanding, and the atmosphere is fun and energetic. It's definitely worth checking out!

First of all, I paid $17 for my order, they are extremely overpriced. I ordered the peach red bull slushie and it was a huge disappointment. It was not frozen or icy, it was syrupy and way too sweet. I also ordered their original cheeseburger and after taking the first bite it remembered why I hadn't eaten at Harvey's in over 15 years. The burger is super processed and tastes awful. It wasn't even cooked properly. The picture shows a nicely charred and grilled burger but I got a severely undercooked patty. It seemed as if it was boiled because it was slimy and the texture was disgusting. I will not be eating at Harvey's ever again.

We walk into harvey’s and are “greeted” by the man working at the cash, whom had the most unpleasant facial expression. He had barely said anything to us, practically refusing to look at us. When it was my turn to order I told him what I wants, he replies “that’s it” and that’s the only word I heard him say. While I was ordering the food, his fellow employer walks over stands oddly close behind him and they start whispering something to each other. I smile at him to try and make light of whatever sort of awkward interaction that was and he just dead stares me and returns to the back. I walked away to await my order and the man at the cash went to the back and didn’t return. I was watching them like a hawk to make sure they didn’t spit in my food or milkshake or something. Although the milkshake was BOMBBBBB the service and atmosphere was unwelcoming and quite frankly rude. Like atleast fake a smile and get on with it dude you’ll never see me again. Myself and my friend feel the same about our interactions here.
This was our first time stopping in at this location. The food was prepared quickly, it was nice and hot when we sat down to eat. And even though it was only a Harvey's plus, we still had a staff member touch the table to make sure everything was ok. The service was spot on. We will definitely consider stopping in again when we are in Fergus. The team here deserves a pat on the back!

We ordered the two can dine for 15.99.Asked for it well done, had it garnished and started to eat it, didn’t taste right. Took back up they made two new ones they pulled them off and ask that they cook longer. Garnished it and tasted terrible, took two bits and pitched them in the garbage. Sure didn’t take like the original burger we are use to. What a waste and a disappointment.
