Yesterday i went to collect an uber order, the employee asked me for my physical ID, when the order had no alcohol, I showed him my drivers license, he started checking the validity of my licence even thought he has no authority to do so. Today I went back there, and i mentioned to the team that they could verify my identity through the uber app and see my details and photo. I spoke with Uber, and the restaurant had NO right to check my identity unless the order had alcohol or any weed products. After that they put a fake report against my uber account stating other people were using my account which is entirely false, after they forcefully made me show them my ID. Once before the same employee was mad at me for waiting for an order while sitting in my car rather than standing inside, which is not a requirement. The pick up time was 7:21PM, and I went when I received the notification to pick up the order. I don’t know why the same employee targeted me every time for minimal things like this.

The Mary Browns in Fergus is exceptional! The staff are always friendly and super accommodating. My food is fresh and hot and always taste great. There’s no other place I’d rather get my chicken from than Mary Browns!! They never disappoint!!
The gentleman at drive-through is always so pleasant and I love his smile. I always get great service at this location.

Today my dad and I got dinner around 5. We both stared at the menu unsure of what to get. Ammar so politely asked how many people we were looking to feed (as we took the take out menu to see better) He offered excellent suggestions. I was also ordering for my mom who was at home so he offered to make that near the end of our meal. Even suggested the cookie and I asked what I looked like and he got on to show me and said it comes warm. Only $1.19 (I think) SO WORTH IT!!! He also brought them out when we were finished eating (warm and yummy) then he went to to get my mom's meal. Chicken piece meal was hot and juicy. Might I add they have Wholesome Choc milk my fav, you don't get it everywhere!!! Food delish, service outstanding, and it was nice to see where everything was clean, good presentation and attention to detail!!!! Head on over - Pam approved!!

When I placed my order, I was told there would be a 15 minute wait for my order, they would be cooking my order fresh for me. Np, I wasnt in a hurry. I took a seat to wait. Just chillin catching up on some news on my phone and the server out of nowhere brings me a taters and small gravy to snack on while I waited. Always great food and great service at this location and to be honest at any Mary Brown's location that I've been to. Awesome experience Fergus, and great job training Mary Brown's! And I don't even think it was 15 minutes, maybe ten at the most. And best of all, a totally Canadian company. Stick that in your pipe and smoke it Trump.
