Yesterday i went to collect an uber order, the employee asked me for my physical ID, when the order had no alcohol, I showed him my drivers license, he started checking the validity of my licence even thought he has no authority to do so. Today I went back there, and i mentioned to the team that they could verify my identity through the uber app and see my details and photo. I spoke with Uber, and the restaurant had NO right to check my identity unless the order had alcohol or any weed products. After that they put a fake report against my uber account stating other people were using my account which is entirely false, after they forcefully made me show them my ID. Once before the same employee was mad at me for waiting for an order while sitting in my car rather than standing inside, which is not a requirement. The pick up time was 7:21PM, and I went when I received the notification to pick up the order. I don’t know why the same employee targeted me every time for minimal things like this.

The Mary Browns in Fergus is exceptional! The staff are always friendly and super accommodating. My food is fresh and hot and always taste great. There’s no other place I’d rather get my chicken from than Mary Browns!! They never disappoint!!
Had a great experience at Mary Brown’s recently! I was a bit unsure about what to order, but one of the staff members, Harshavardhan, was super helpful. He patiently explained the menu and suggested some of the best items to try. Thanks to his recommendations, I ended up trying something new and absolutely loved it. Great customer service like this really makes a difference. Keep up the awesome work, Harshavardhan!

When it comes to fast, tasty, quality food Mary Browns has never disappointed. Today was our first time to this location and, as usual, very pleased with the quality and presentation of the food, an added bonus was the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. I didn't get their names, it was about 3pm and both staff were really friendly, and extremely courteous. When it comes to exceptional service I like to let the owner know how lucky they are to have such incredible people working for them. Sincere thanks for making us feel welcome and that our visit was appreciated.
