The staff here are great, food is delivered promptly, room in the lots for truck parking. Food is as good as McDonald's is capable of. Restrooms are clean.

Missing food from my order, ordered 2 quarter pounder, 2 medium fries, 2 peach pies. E ded up with 1 quarter pounder, 2 fries tasted like they had been refried, and 2 apple pies. Tried call the restaurant and got the run around with voice messages. Very disappointing
Went to curbside-waited over 25 mins for order-15 or more orders completed for drive through-went in to get meal-it was sitting on counter-the order was given to me but was incorrect & the large fries were missing-this is not the first time having to wait too long in curbside for only two meals-will never order from this restaurant-food was cold-no manager to speak with!

This location has gone down hill a lot in the past 6 months. About a month ago, their “payment didn’t go through” scam was tried on us. By the time that was settled, our food was basically cold. This past week we tried mobile ordering since the drive thru was super busy. Parked and let them know where we were as per the app. 15 orders or more went thru the drive thru and still nothing. Then the app tells us it’s been delivered, but we haven’t received anything. Go inside to find out that apparently they are waiting on fries, yet drive thru orders are still filled instead of ours. Once again food cold minus the fries, which were undercooked as well. I’m assuming that this franchise owner doesn’t care about the reputation of this restaurant anymore. The staff don’t care, barely talk to you and are somewhat rude at times as well. Terrible location. Hope the new Elora one is better when it opens up. Won’t return here again.
