Never been inside, always use the drive thru. Sometimes the line can be really long, not their fault. Depending on the time of day the line moves quick or it doesn't. I only ever order a iced coffee and it taste the same every time they are consistent.

Disgusting food even compared to every other McDonalds. I found about 1000 pieces of plastic in my smoothie and hashbrowns burnt my skin off. Just sad.

I was dining in at the fergus location and it was around rush hour and yet no condiments were stocked I asked a worker if the were restocking anytime soon he just looked at me and walked away. Really great service

My wife and I often get the Mary Brown chicken tenders and we enjoy them. Tonight being Halloween, we decided to try the big Mary sandwich combo and it was disappointing.
The chicken had no crunch and very little flavor but was tender. Potato wedges tasted like old cooking oil. We asked for two cans of root beer and got one can of root beer and a Dr Pepper.
It was busy because it was Halloween, but this was really disappointed for what it cost.

Worst McDonalds on the planet and thats saying something. Nobody speaks english. Order always wrong. As slow as could possibly be - they had FIVE vehicles waiting around the drive thru for orders. This morning I ordered Large coffee regular, egg mcmuffin, hasbrown. I got black coffee, plain untoasted bagel, and two undercooked burritos. AVOID!!!!!!!
