So today on Mew Years Eve I wanted to treat the staff at my work to something different. I love Pizza Delight. Have for the last 30 years or so.
So today I bought 8 medium pizza’s, all with different toppings on each. Now, it’s not the locations fault so much as it’s the company’s fault that they should offer more functions on the website to allow for customization. However, there is at least opportunity to leave notes which is what I did for a few of the pizzas. One required no cheese and a couple wanted their pies to be well done.
Very happy that all the pies were made to spec just as requested in the notes fields. The pizzas were made on time and I was greeted by a delightful lady who went through everything with me.
She was kind enough to label all the boxes with the various pizza toppings on top of each box for ease.
If you’ve never been to this location or enjoyed their pizza, give it a try. You will love it. It’s truly delicious and the service is amazing.
Thank you for making our New Years Eve lunch one to remember. The staff all enjoyed it. Not a complaint to be heard.

Absolute gem hidden in little Fergus. Grew up out east and Pizza Delight was a big part of growing up. Having them here really brings back all the good memories. The manager is an amazing human, and bringing this gift to southern Ontario is proof of this. Order the donair. You won't be disappointed

Pizza Delight is absolutely DELIGHTFUL! Of all the pizza places in the Fergus/Elora area this one tops the list in not only quality of the pizzas but the services is exceptional. Each and every time I visit the staff is so welcoming and genuinely cares about the business’ success. 5 stars! 100% recommend if your craving some deliciously good pizza and superb service!

We drive in from Cambridge just to have this pizza. Not only is it tye best tasting pizza I have ever had but also the owners are the friendliest most generous people I have ever met. I highly recommend Pizza delight for their amazing food and amazing staff.
The gentleman who served us today is a GEM. So kind and friendly! The pizza and garlic sticks were delicious! He was a highlight of our trip to Fergus. Thank you!

Amazing place, amazing food. And the best of all it’s dog friendly They have a patio so we were able to bring our pup to have some pizza with us. They also gave him a bucket with water which he was so happy about haha

Ever since this owner took over, the customer service has been outstanding and the pizza fresh and delicious - don’t skip on the garlic fingers! Father and Son are so gracious, hold a great conversation and truly care about your experience. I don’t think I’ve ever seen the location so clean! I see a few bad reviews here that are a little harsh for the situation - owners can’t be there and monitor staff 24/7, let’s offer some grace. They’re doing great and have seriously improved this location! Love walking in every so often and seeing their friendly faces and enjoy a fresh, hot pizza!
Regular panzo is the size of a microwaveable pizza pocket from the grocery store for an extreme price $13.49! The menu says comes with a Cesar salad which the worker says they only give you if you ask for it… after asking for a refund they declined. This place needs to adjust their menu asap. Not satisfied with our experience at all.
Also note that their website says they have space to dine in… which they do not.

Pizza did NOT even taste like pizza. Soggy crust, few toppings, never enough cheese and not cooked thoroughly - huge disappoint for an overpriced pizza

First time trying this pizza and it is AWESOME. Had the stuffed crust with cheese and mushrooms. Will go in my top 10 za joints. Will also drive an hour for it.

We ordered for pick up and prepaid on the app. One of the items ordered were a pick 2 for $8.99 each. We received a call shortly after advising one of the items was not available. I advised that the offered substitute was not acceptable but upsized the garlic fingers from a 9” to a 12” expecting that they would refund the difference in price when we got there. That was NOT the case. She refused to refund the difference but advised she threw in an extra can of pop - that we didn’t want. We didn’t argue since there’s no point in causing a scene over $5(ish) but we definitely won’t be going back. WORST ..CUSTOMER … SERVICE… EVER

The really hot lady at the front gave us free creamy garlic sauces and heated our pizza up for me and my buddy it was super crunchy and delicious
