My one star Goes to the three hard working staff members. Unfortunately the two beverages I was served were absolutely horrible zero flavor. Supposed to be a Caramel Macchiato but tasted like hot water with a hint of cream. Not worth the 13 dollars and the long wait. Extremely disappointed. I was here November 12th at 3.32 pm only 3 staff who were visibly understaffed and overworked resulting in poor quality and 20 min wait times. This is a complete fail from management I feel sorry for the employees of this establishment. I live in Owen Sound Our Starbuck has atleast 5 to 6 employees at all times it's half the size and not near as busy. Always serves top quality beverages. Do Better management. Set your employees up for success not failure. You owe me two free Caramel Macchiatos........

This was the slowest service I have ever had at a Starbucks. It's odd because they had about 6 people working there but 4 were just walking around and 2 were actually making drinks. I waited 15 min for what I ordered. I was shocked.

Clean and nice space. The biggest Starbucks I’ve visited so far. Service is fast. Food and drinks as usual fresh and tasty. Washroom is clean. Definitely good location.

Not always a bad experience but on my birthday I went to redeem my free drink. I tried to tell the barista about it when they scanned my phone. They cut me off and said don't worry got it. I assumed they removed the price of the drink. They didn't so when I got to work I called the store and they said they would put a credit aside for me the next day.
I went to redeem my free drink for a second time and when I saw the barista he said oh two birthdays in a row and walked away...
So overall I still got my free drink after the fact but I had to go back twice and I got shamed by a barista who didn't remove the cost of the drink the first time.
But I have also had good experiences prior to this so overall 2.5 stars.

What a terrible starbucks. First i got the wrong order, then i wanted to change it. I waited more than 5 min for someone to check on me. Afterwards, the prepared a new one without throwing off the coffee they make. It was the worst coffee i have ever had (Flat White)

I bought Ic Triple espresso SItd Car Cf Triple 2 White Mocha tHeavy Crm 1/4' But They gave me the cup like a picture ?. They told me if you want creams pay more money, That's not true, because I drink like that all the time, The coffee served was terrible

Every time I have been here, they were xtremely understaffed. Only three people working in the evening and there were over 15 customers in the store and the drive thru line was very long. one person was making all the drinks. they should have more people to make more drinks. i asked when my order would be ready the worker was nice and said sorry we are understaffed. i am not mad at the workers but they need to hire more people who know how to make drinks fast or fire whoever is in charge of the staff.

I am extremely impressed with this Starbucks. Cleanest Starbucks restroom I've ever experienced and such professional support from the store manager, Lea, when I left an item on site – smart, efficient, helpful service that is rare at chains. Bravo, Fergus Starbucks!

A lot of the Starbucks in Ontario are getting really run down because there isn't much investment ... But the Starbucks in Fergus is beautiful and well laid out with friendly staff.
