So today I ordered a drink through the app to pickup in the drive thru. I then went through the drive thru to get it only to receive a scolding that I'm to wait until the app tells me the drink it ready, it's policy.... This was absolutely ridiculous as the entire drive thru was empty due to the snow storm. If it is policy it makes no sense, if I order at a drive thru window they make my order, so if I've ordered and come to the drive thru window what changes other than the slightly advanced notice? Grow up!

The local starbucks joint: To think that having an all-american coffee chain giant like lady-bucks in the small town of Fergus used to be a pipedream is quite something. Now I just take it for granted. What has become of us?
Waited 10 mins inside and no one was even at the counter to take our order, only drive thru was focused on and it was backed up, and this is the second time I have experienced terrible service in store. While waiting, I noticed the terrible and unsanitary fly problem. The food case was full but as those are display it’s not so bad, but they were around the entire prep and cleaning station too.

Taking a long time to receive my drink just focused on drive thru while they served like more than 5 vehicles. Not happy with my experience I understand drive thru is very important. My drink spilled all over me.
The lady who was working was very friendly but the service from the boy who served me was terrible.I had to repeat my drink to the boy than 7 times for him to understand what I am saying. The lady who was behind at least tried to make something work which I really appreciate. I don’t like writing a bad review especially being a manger myself for 10 years but just wanted to share my experience. The drink spilled all over me .

It’s unfortunate we had such a bad experience.
It was a busy Friday. The drive through had gone through 2/3 full rounds of cars and those inside were left waiting over 25 minutes being told they were working on my drink and they will be a bit longer yet. Yikes 😳
The staff I asked was clearly under stress being the only barista for the patrons inside.
She got snappy and told me where the line was if I wanted a refund.
I waited another 5 minutes to get a refund.
Once I got to the counter the front staff had to get the manager from the back to get her” key” took additional few minutes and I was on my way no hot drink in hand.
Disappointed and irritated.
I hope this was a one off.
Inside patrons should not have to wait longer than the drive through. Management needs to look at the workflow and efficiency policies.
End of rant.

Service with a smile, usually busy so be patient. Clean. Great coffee that you would expect at any starbucks. Lots of merchandise on display. Lots of seating options, inside or out!

I had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru today. I ultimately decided not to place my order after the server was noticeably distracted and giggling throughout our interaction. It seemed like they were more focused on a coworker's antics than on taking my order seriously, which felt unprofessional and out of place. After being interrupted twice by giggles while trying to place my order, I decided to back out of the drive-thru lane and leave.
This kind of behaviour is particularly concerning when you consider how it might make someone feel if they had a foreign accent or a speech impediment—something I don’t have, but I can imagine how uncomfortable it would be in that situation. If a supervisor had been present, this would have been the moment to step in, apologize, and ensure the order was handled with the respect it deserves.
If that was indeed the supervisor, it’s clear that places like McDonald's, Tim Hortons, and local coffee shops are more deserving of the coffee business in Fergus. I’m leaving at least one star because the Starbucks brand deserves better than this experience.
Just had a very frustrating experience here. I went in and ordered two drinks. While I was waiting for 15 minutes (checked the receipt against the time the drinks came to verify), they cleared the drive thru line - which, ok, but I definitely ordered earlier than about six cars that I watched pull into the line. Mobile orders were filled and when I asked about my order they had to scroll a fair bit to get to it. I think it was missed maybe, but was assured I was second in line at that point. Anyway, all this is to say be wary of going in store to order here and maybe mobile order or choose the drive thru.

Very complicated service. Not listening when I ordered. They needed to remake order and then gave me a smaller size than I ordered (they did only charge me for the smaller size). Very frustrating for a drink that cost $6.50.

This is a clean, spacious Starbucks but the service was slow, which I can understand. It was Saturday April 19th around 9:30, and for the first time ever, I had many coffee grounds in the bottom of my cup. I was halfway to Mount Forest by that time. My First time ever for Starbucks coffee grounds!!
Jordan and Annie are my 2 favourite baristas. Always friendly with a smile on their face.

They've got the best drinks! My favourite is the strawberry lemonade with added peach. The added peach makes it sooo much better.

Store was pretty busy, I understand things can get backed up quickly but please take the time to at least focus on order accuracy… I don’t care about the food being cold by the time the drinks came out but both drinks were wrong, like really wrong.
I have a soy allergy and some how or another it got mixed into my nitro with sweet cream. Rip my weekend plans…
