It was the first time ever at this location. Soon as I went in I noticed that the floors were filthy. I know it's winter but this was more than just being dirty since they open today. This was previous day's dirt along with today's. The counter where she was making the subs had residue left over from the sub she just made for the people that left while I entered. The lettuce has lots of brown spots on it. The tomato is sliced about as thick as a sheet of paper.
I ordered a footlong turkey breast. Lettuce, tomato, onion and Mayo. See the pictures for how they presented on their website and in their store but what it actually looks like when you get home. It tasted like it looked, terrible.
From now on I'm going to drive to Guelph or Orangevilleto get Mr. Sub.

I placed an online order this evening and, when I arrived, I was informed the subs couldn’t be made due to being out of several key ingredients (no meatballs, no onions, and no Italian Herb & Cheese bread). I chose a different sub instead and requested it be toasted, but it was barely toasted, my wife even questioned whether it had been toasted at all.

I had the most rude girl here serving us today! Not friendly and I ended up taking half my sub back up to her because the bread was still raw and not cooked properly!! She didn't even say anything she just walked away from me!! I want be back to this one I'm afraid!!

Today I visited in subway it's a good experience for me furthermore, it's nice place if you want to grab something for eating. Staff offer sandwiches within a minute and they behave gently plus talking with friendly way....one thing I like it provides catering offer on the Christmas occasion along with another occasions.....😊

Well after a not so great experience at all, I was contacted by the store owner the next day out of the blue and she was very very pleasant and after I swore up and down that I would never return to this subway she went out of her way and made me rethink my decision and I will give them another try. It’s not about getting a complementary meal (which by the way she did offer to compensate me for my $50+ order that I had placed that night when I was treated very poorly by the staff there that night) but being made to feel like as a customer I did matter. This place needs some new staff for sure but the owner does care even if her employees need their customer service skills reviewed. It’s hard to hire good help these days but I will say the owner does care for her customers.
