Yea doesn't matter if you ask for extra or what they'll just sprinkle the tiniest amount of toppings on your sub. They'll look you dead in the eye and still put the wrong toppings or a pinch of lettuce. Even asking for more. Don't waste your time going to this location. The Tower St one is far more consistent and accommodating.

I ordered a breakfast sub and got no egg. I went back and got told they don't put egg on the sub unless you ask. I won't be coming back again and I go twice a week. Same sub ever time.

Got a sub here today ordering ahead through the app. I like lots of veggies on my sub, and so that is how I ordered it. It not only had considerably less toppings than other subways but also seemed to have less meat, making it far less filling. I can usually only eat half a sub and need to save half for later. That was not the case today. I recommend going to another location. I won't be back to this one!

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen in a retail store. Lady didn't say a word to me, didn't ask me what toppings I wanted/didn't want, never asked if I wanted combo or not. Only thing she said to me was how much I owed her. Management needs to seriously re-evalue who their hiring. Would rather drive 30 minutes out of my way to go to a different location. Atrocious.
Walked out due to lack of customer service. I stood there for at least 2 minutes while employees were putting together online orders. A simple "I'll be right with you" would go a long way. Didn't bother to look up once to acknowledge customers in the store.
Won't be back.
