They looked after us like we were family, food was hot and delicious. Service was fast and they came and checked on us a couple of times throughout our meal. It is a fast food restaurant , but treated us like we were in a sit-down restaurant. Would recommend this place to our friends and family. Thank you

I really enjoyed having my lunch here. They were very quick, the waitress was great, and the quarter chicken dinner I had tasted delicious.

Ordered from Door Dash as I was too lazy to go get it today. We ordered a double leg dinner with fries, ended up with extra fries (selected fries with the dinner but ended up with a side of fries for an extra charge) and a quarter chicken dinner with mashed potatoes. They put a very small amount of potatoes in the box. Ordered 2 pies. Got Harvey’s deep fried pies instead of two slices. $12.98 for both. It was okay, but not worth what I paid. Especially the pies. Very upset with that. I could have gone out for this price.

Ordered food online at least 1.5 hours ahead of time. Arrived on time (not early) to pick it up was met with a rude and unfriendly welcome from staff, then had to wait for another 15 minutes for food to be prepared - my order had not even been started. I will not be returning.

This is one of the better Swiss Chalets. I can only rate it a 4 because the men's washroom has not had hot water for several months. That is unacceptable. Otherwise I would rate it a 5.
