I recently visited your drive-thru at night to order two bagels and a coffee, but unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. I waited nearly 30 minutes to receive my order, which is far too long, especially during a short break. I understand that busy times can cause delays, but the service speed needs improvement to ensure a better customer experience. I hope the team can work on enhancing efficiency during late hours.

I ordered a bagel and a few other items from this store around 11:10 PM while on a short 30-minute break. Unfortunately, it took them the entire 30 minutes just to prepare my order, and when I finally received it, the bagel was completely burnt. Really disappointed with the quality and the slow service — definitely not what I expected.

Cleanest nicest looking Tim Horton's I've ever seen. I'm from London Ontario and they don't clean the bathrooms there because of the junkies, they have code locks on the doors and needle boxes as well. Beautiful Tim Horton's ❤️.
I was there at around 6pm, and the girl that was cleaning the washroom did a fantastic job. When I walked in there it looked and smelled amazing. She should definitely show other Tim Hortons how to be that sanitary and clean. BEST WASHROOMS EVER!!!

I was served by a girl named Chantelle I think and she does great service Everytime Im there she has memorized my order and always starts making it whenever I walk in. Very kind girl. Keep it up with your service!

But the girl at the counter (Chantene) I hope I spelled it right still greeted us with a big smile and thanked us for our patience and continued to help us and make our orders. Although I am not a regular it was nice being greeted with a smile regardless of the busy circumstances!
