I made a review 4 years ago an still nothing has changed if anything it's way worse now.. they hire ppl that don't care an just want you out. They say ok ok when ever you ask if they got it right. I'll watch them enter right item in then in the back they mess it up! Would recommend trying McDonald's at this point ive given them enough chances an time.. Common tims managers!

i had the worst customer experience here waited a long time to be served at the cash register, while 5 people worked the drive thru window. When i made my order the person walked away so quickly i was not able to ask for a receipt. they had to made fresh eggs, i was told 5-10 minutes for my order. i waited 25 minutes for my order and when i got it, it was not what i ordered. shift lead clearly has no de-escalation training tried to argue with me about how they are busy, where i than told her don't tell somebody 5-10 minutes if its going to take a half an hour for the food. its the principle. she didn't understand that though, time is money.

One of the staff kept rubbing her finger on her face, putting her nails in her mouth, not hygienic. A week later(today) we go in and one of the workers was “shooing” us away, we thought the store was closed but nope. The floor was wet. Didn’t tell us verbally and the wet floor signs were not visible. There was only one sign near the other entrance. She claimed there were signs on the floor, but the signs were right next to each other behind a table (probably the storing location). The same lady kept giving us dirty looks like we’re some aliens and kept staring at us. This tim hortons needs to hire new staff. Also, i was going thru reviews and most of them are fake. I mean come on. This guy Abishek literally made a review for himself😭
