In an industry where customer service is number one, forcing clients to use self-service kiosks to inflate margins is a shame. This establishment was built on CS and had pretty good fares. Now it is about the bottomline and employing as little people as possible while still pushing up prices.

Why do I even bother? Staff tells me "one second" while she and two other staff pack a box of donuts. Staff member then walks away and serves another client at a different order terminal, who literally just walked in the door.
It's the same as all the other Tim Hortons. Garbage.

I have not visited Tim's for years and after going there I know why. What ever happened to customer service? I walk into this establishment and walk up to place my order. The girl that takes the order is busy making slushies or some concoction for the drive through. I wait patiently until she notices I am there. She walks up to me and proceeds to stare at me. Not a "good morning" or how about "hi, can I take your order?". I almost feel that I am more of an inconvenience to her than a paying customer. I decided to stare back at her until she asked me what I would like. She then says after a long pause can I take your order. My suggestion to Tim's is to train your front-line staff on customer service and how to better interact with customers.

this place sucks to walk into, like you can try to be nice and they will drain your mood. not to mention the fact they dont staff enough and most spend their time chatting rather then helping customer's. tried to be a local, now avoiding!
Wow this place is so ridiculous, don't know why this company hires fing idiots who don't even speak English and never have anything ready, waited for 25 minutes for bacon for our sandwiches, and while I wanted they served 2 other people sandwiches with bacon, and when I requested my money back they didn't even give my my full amount back, also the cashier was so rude should not be working here with people if your a completely disrespectful person.

I had a disappointing experience at Tim Hortons recently. I ordered a sandwich, and when I got it, the bread was stale and the ingredients inside were not fresh. The lettuce was wilted and the meat had an off taste. To make matters worse, my coffee was lukewarm and tasted burnt. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a subpar meal there; it seems like the quality has been declining over time. I hope they can improve their food quality soon.
Secondly, speaking in their own languages all the time as well as no hygiene.
