I usually visit this Tim Hortons in the morning, and there’s one girl working who wear glasses, never greets or says good morning. Even though she knows my regular order, she doesn’t confirm it with me — she just punches it in. If I want something different, it becomes a problem. She often looks tired and seems to have an attitude, which doesn’t create a welcoming atmosphere.no thank you after
I’ve noticed she sometimes holds the coffee cup by the lid, which can leave a hand smell or sweat on the cup. That’s very unpleasant.

Please provide full training to staff on customer service — including greeting customers properly and handling cups hygienically. A simple smile and clean handling go a long way toward improving the customer experience.

Hi, I came to Tim Hortons today around 1:20 p.m. and ordered a crispy chicken wrap, but my wrap had both sausage and chicken in it. It was really disappointing,the wrap was messy and not properly made. The service today was very disorganized, and it seemed like the person making the food didn’t know how to prepare the wrap correctly. It honestly wasn’t worth it.
