Vault Coffee and Espresso Bar is amazing! Their coffee is smooth and flavorful, and the talented baristas create beautiful designs on every cup. They also offer a fantastic selection of breakfast items and sandwiches that are fresh and delicious. A perfect spot for great coffee, tasty food, and a little coffee art to brighten your day!🙌🏻

It’s really unfortunate what happened to me because I did love this place and the food was good. We order for work lunches periodically from here and I come here on my own time for food and coffee. I usually order the chicken pesto sandwich but get it made on sour dough and it’s always 2 half’s, which it should be because it’s a $17 sandwich. My work ordered this past weekend and we were only given one half each, terribly small and little food for the price we pay. Anyways I called to explain and I was then told a manager would call me back, never heard back. So I paid for 6 half’s sandwiches for that expensive price and never even got a refund or a phone call back! On top of that the cleanliness is disgusting, my friend had the biggest maggot in her salad I’ve ever seen in my life. I won’t ever return to the Vault which is unfortunate, terrible customer service and poor cleanliness. I’ll attach the photos of my tiny $17 sandwiches

The staff was very polite and nice. Our order did not showed up in the system so they refunded and still made us a new order. Thank you guys.

My mother and I had planned a trip to Fergus and one of our planned stops was The Vault. They were out of most of their baked goods ( was early afternoon )so we ordered the last 2 scones, a hot chocolate and a glass of water. The hot chocolate was excellent but the scones were dry and tasteless and we never received the water. The staff seemed very unorganized . Would not return.

Lovely place to sit and drink, with interesting history. They seem to rotate seasonal menu items which is a nice touch

First time in Elora and this place provided a solid dose of caffeine in a nice location after the drive from the GTA

A very charming building and has potential to be wonderful, however I waited nearly 15 minutes for a Chai Latte which cost me over $13 (not including tip). Sad I cannot recommend and will not return.

Cappuccino was delicious. My wife had an iced coffee drink that had a little too much dairy but overall a nice coffee shop. The decor and vibes were great.

Best breakfast sandwich in Fergus/Elora. The breakfast croissant. Well done.
Amazing ambience, great coffee (pumpkin spice latte was incredibly done), and good food. Best yogurt parfait I've ever had, my partner had a croissant sandwich that was quite good as well. The drinks are pricey (expect $8-9 specialty coffees with tip) but food is reasonably priced (oat milk is extra cost). It was very busy Friday afternoon and Sunday at lunch, so finding a seat can be tough. We were staying in Elora but this is EASILY the best coffee shop in the area so we came back out for breakfast! I'll miss it!

An old Victorian bank serving up caffeinated elegance? Yes please. Sugar-free vanilla latte? Good. Maple cold brew? Better. Vibes? Iconic. Prices? Surprisingly humble for such a high-society atmosphere.
Verdict: A rich brew in a rich setting. She’s a star.

The building is charming and has a lot of character, but the place really needs more care and cleanliness.
The soup was served cold, and the food overall didn’t taste fresh. The coffee was fine probably the best part of the visit.
However, the place didn’t feel clean or well-maintained, which made the experience uncomfortable.
It honestly has great potential with better cleaning and attention to detail, it could become a cozy and inviting spot. ☕️
