Worst experience ever. I placed an app order and when i went to get it, half my order was missing. So i had to go back inside to get it. Now we discovered one of the burgers is missing a meat patty?! So i had to go back to the location for that for that. Showed them and the only thing they could go was give me 2 of the same burgers. I have NEVER gotten a burger without a patty before.

usually half decent when I do go in, but seems like a lost cause to go in before lunch rush, stood in line didnt have anyone assigned to the front til, made eye contact with peoppe in drivethru but still noone wanted to come take an order and even had someone walk past me to go inspect the outside with their clipboard if its before noon and you dont have a car dont bother

If I could give this restaurant a -5, I would. We went in for dinner Friday night and the restaurant was filthy. The counters where they place your food were covered in grease and sticky old pop, there was garbage on the floor in front of the garbage bin, (not just a little) every single table had food and pop both under and on the tables and you could tell the floors had not been washed for days. No one had hair nets on. It was just disgusting. We walked out with our food and tossed it directly into the garbage. I could not manage to eat from such a filthy place. I should also mention that we were the only people in the restaurant and there was not a car in the drive-thru either. Shame on you Wendys. A quick visit from the health inspector that night would have been telling. We will never be back to this location.

Wanted to get a quick bite on my way to Mono and my experience was horrible! No issue with placing my order until I asked for fresh fries. The cashier wasn’t very pleasant when she told me to pull up to the front to wait for the “fresh fries”. We waited entirely too long for the fries. If I ask for fresh fries I’d expect them to drop fresh fries in the oil. When I opened my bag I could tell they were refried!! Why make me wait if you were just gonna reheat old fries?! I was so annoyed. And then to top it off, I’m completely clean shaven and there was a hair wrapped up in my burger.

If quality is your recipe it most certainly was not today. I wish I could give no stars at all for the crap food we just received and maybe next time toss in the receipt? Stopped by around 3 today and ordered 2 number 4 combos and a frosty. The fries were Luke warm at best do we no longer have hold times for fries? and don't even get me started on the Chili meat we received on our burgers it was definitely past it's hold time as well( so chili meat) Drive thru seemed busy enough that I was shocked to receive such garbage. If I would have noticed before we left I would have asked for a refund but we are on the road so that wasn't an option. Your standard of quality sucks and I hope you can do better in the future. Nobody wants to pay high prices for crap food!

Came in to order food and use the washroom. Travelling through on a long trip. 1 bathroom labelled out of order and the second bathroom was filled with poop and toilet paper and smelled like it had been fermenting for hours. No second out of order sign. Absolutely disgusting. Will avoid this pass through from now on.
