Food was ok however asked three times for extra ketchup they told me in the bag they lied no ketchup and no extra ketchup how hard is that. to day is Jan 2 2025 welcome to a new year of dissatisfied customers I am soon giving up on all fast food chains and thinking of just eating at home

My partner decided to revisit this restaurant, but as soon as he walked in, he was disappointed—not because of the food, but because he felt like he’d entered a different setting altogether. The English was heavily accented, which he found challenging to follow. He noticed there weren’t any familiar faces among the staff and immediately wondered if it had been a mistake to come back. As for me, I won’t be returning to any Wendy’s location. After a previous bad experience in Scarborough, I’ve decided to give it a pass permanently. Let those who enjoy it keep going.

Went to use the washroom and grab a snack. The toilet was OVERFLOWING with feces. Used the handicap washroom, it was acceptable. Ordered food and drink, as my drink poured from the machine, 2 fruit flies fell into the cup. Went back to the counter to exchange for a bottled water and reported the washroom to the staff. The staff member was swatting flies from around her head. No one went to clean the washroom. Disgusting!!!!

Because the employees can not understand our order after saying it 3xs repeating what we wanted..got to window and completed order was not there..what they charge us for we did not order..when they corrected it they did so angry and threw the bag into my car as if I was wrong...last time we go to wendys in fergus sad but not ok to treat a customer this way?

They are ripping off their customers.I ordered 2 bacon with cheese sause baked potatos. 3 bacon bits on each. This isn't the first second or third time. I also had to get extra cheese sauce as they use barely a teaspoon on them. Stop ripping off the customers.

Arrived at 9:40pm and was told they are closed even though it is supposed to be open until 10pm. Other restaurants in the same plaza are all open.

The register screen is not working again it does not take a rocket scientist to reboot it the order taker does not have your 100% attention she is always looking over while customer is trying to place an order. Can the manager please fix the screen so I can see with my own eyes what my purchases is.

Went through the drive thru. Ordering was fine but when I went to pay the employee held out the debit machine without telling me the total then shut the door without saying a word. 2nd window to pick up food and the window opened so fast and the bag was practically thrown out the window into my car and the drinks were handed to me. When I asked for a tray the employee did place the drinks in a tray but all without speaking to me. 5 mins in total from ordering to leaving with no greeting or any spoken interaction. Get home to find 1/2 my order is missing and wrong toppings. Called to speak to the manager and had trouble understanding them. Told them the error and they told me they would send me a coupon for a cheeseburger…….how? She hung up so fast and never asked for my information so…..and we didn’t order a cheeseburger! Customer service is BAD and food is going down also. Too bad cause we used to like Wendy’s but all fast food is exactly that….FAST FOOD!

Absolutely horrific customer service. Ordered the new Saucy chicken fingers and got chicken fingers with maybe a teaspoon of sauce combined on the 3 chicken fingers. When asked to remake they gave me 3 new chicken fingers with little sauce again and a small teaspoon of sauce in a container and told me to sauce it myself,
