As a semi regular at wild wings I can say they have the best service, best Caesar salad but most importantly the best wings in Fergus. The staff are amazing. We love it!

Before I explain the 1 star...I should mention the staff here are unbelievable! Tonight, I had the absolute pleasure of Rachel, and the level of service provided was far beyond anything I could have expected.
The disappointment here relates to poor franchisee decisions. I sat in a restaurant that advertises a closing time of 11pm both on the door and on Google.
I was told shortly after 9pm that due to halloween the kitchen staff (management) have decided it's last call.
This decision was made with a full restaurant. And a server, whose main source of income comes from the customers.
If you say you're open till 11 stay open till 11. If you're going to close at 9. Don't advertise you're open till 11.

Somethings changed at this fergus location and not for the better. Ordered ribs and wings, ribs were lovely and flavour is good.. the wings... so so small. Not worth my money. Did tell the lovely waitress the wings were every sad, got 5 wings for free.

Bought the maverk whitch is 5lbs of wings and the wings are so small looks like at most 3 lbs. if that .the cost was over 100.00 . Never again will I go here .I am ok with spending money on good sized wings but this place is not it . Also bought a chicken ceaser wrap that did not even take up half the take out box...what the hell wild wings .... what a waist of money..very disappointed.

Food is reasonable. The only thing is cleanliness. High chairs are dirty and sticky, my cup’s rim had a lipstick on it. Not sure how they wash dishes or check them before using them to serve. When we told the server about it, she shook it off and acted like it’s a normalcy in the restaurant. Eek!

We've ordered takeout many times and have yet to be disappointed! We get the wings and Caesar salad.....best Caesar salad we've had in a while (even better than East Side Marios)!! Great service and price. And every time we order...it's the same.....amazingly delicious!!

I am a regular. I just waited over 30 minutes, no food order taken. I am at the Mexican Guac Special, on the same lot. Eating now ... finally.
How can you hope to have any service when you are understaffed? They where running around trying.
I guess things are just better in Fergus. Best wild wing I have been in a long time. Very timely service and the wings were perfect and crisp.

What a terrible waitress!!! I called 2 days ahead to give them notice that a group between 10-20 would be trickling in and out over a number of hours so they could be prepared. The waitress was extremely rude when I showerd up and said it was a weird reservation and they didn't know what to do with it. She then proceeded to make very snide comments all night as she walked away from the table each time. At one point she took my half full drink and when she was told I wasn't done with it her response was 'well it's been sitting there for a while'. It could sit there for 2 hours, if the customer is still there you ask. 13 people spent over 4 hours eating and drinking and she could have made huge tips if she had of been even slightly more polite. We will be finding a different restaurant for our next get together!

What a nasty experience! I ordered on line and they showed up with half my order. Then I was told if I wanted the other half of my order I would have to come and pick it up. This after paying $6 dollars for delivery. When I got to the restaurant my order still wasn't ready so I had to wait. While waiting I asked if they were going to make this right? I got an apology and that's where they wanted to leave it. I asked for my $6 dollars back and all I got from the waitress was we don't have anything to do with the delivery. So I reminded her that they do have something to do with handing my order over to the driver (in this case they only gave him half of it) After realizing this was a loosing argument I asked to speak to the manager. No manager in today so I asked to speak with who is in charge, I got the kitchen staff who realized after explaining the situation that refunding my delivery fee was the least they could do. On top of this the food was average and small portions. I have been to the restaurant before and the food and service was good. I can't say I am liking the delivery service. PS would it have hurt them to offer me a coke or something while I wait there for them to fix this. Saying sorry only goes so far.

Waitress was friendly and honest as we wanted to order a dish she did not recommend it. Wings were good but don't recommend calamari or ribs.
