amazing food. a must try!!
Came here for a Pow Wow Cafe pop up and bought my mother so she could try a fry bread taco.
The beef brisket tacos were excellent as was the strawberry drink.

We sat on the covered patio and enjoyed the home made jerk pork fries. It was delicious and one serving was enough for two. The fries were freshly cut and perfect!
The tacos and pizza from the other vendors looked delicious but we couldn't eat any more unfortunately.

The owner was an awesome host who took the time to get to know us. We plan to go back for another dinner we enjoyed this place...read full review

The Flying Chestnut Kitchen offers a memorable dining experience with phenomenal food and great choices. The chef and owner create a daily bespoke menu that features top-notch dishes and beverages. The service is excellent and impeccable, with friendly and attentive staff always making sure guests are taken care of. The atmosphere is amazing and super cool, with an eclectic style and a sunny veranda. Located in the quirkiest spot in Eugenia, the restaurant is open seasonally and only accepts cash, so reserving a table is recommended. Chef Shaun prepares delicious and mouthwatering meals in the open kitchen, and guests can enjoy watching him while dining. Many leave absolutely satisfied, calling the food crazy good and absolutely incredible, even exceeding high expectations.
The restaurant is known for its very fresh ingredients and healthy options. Customers describe the meals as delicious and outstanding, with the chef receiving high praise. The Flying Chestnut Kitchen is a rare gem that is only open during certain times of the year, so reservations are recommended, especially on weekends and during the fall, winter, and spring seasons. The restaurant may close down for the summer festival circuit, where they offer their mobile-style service.
