Great little local spot if your visiting the ipperwash area..Not going to knock your socks off but gets the job comfortably done with a full tummy lol It is clean, they are nice and pleasant which is a stark contrast from the other place down the street (King's 21) where the food is decent as well, but the lady owner might give you the Kim Jong Un treatment for reals lol was in there and totally got thrown right into a "Micky Blue Eyes Chinese restaurant" scene scenario š¤¦ anyway, Cana China is very adequate for a dining out treat, weekend buffet too..Enjoy

Cana China Restaurant was sold a few years ago. The new owners had a bit of a tough start. As a consumer, that was my belief. I went the other night to their Saturday night buffet and was somewhat impressed. The food was good, all you can eat and a full menu. Try it out and Iām hoping that your experience will be as good as mine.

The environment is particularly atmospheric, you can see that the restaurant has been decorated with particular care, the buffet's have a lot of food for me to go and enjoy, and the food is all fresh and hot, my favourite is sushi, and surprisingly it's in the buffet. The chicken wings are highly recommended and have a special flavour that is particularly tasty at the same time. A special surprise was that I went just in time for the Cana China's event and got my drink for free. Very happy, and the wait staff is also very warm and attentiveļ¼

The food was excellent. I had ribs, rice and egg roll. The ribs were soft and tender. The best Iāve ever had. My friends had the lemon chicken. It was crisp but meat was tender. My sister felt the egg roll was the best she ever had. Iām giving 4 stars only because the decor especially the lobby could use a refresh. Hope your experience is as good as ours.

So, I have been here many ti es however I have stopped simply due to the service! The food is fine and they have a Buffet on weekends when you dine in! There is no other option but the buffet which is fine! The Buffet starts at 5 pm, as stated! The problem with this is that if you arrive at 5 pm, they are never ready, in other words they are still setting up the Buffet! Itās frustrating because when you arrive at the start time they make you wait! They tell you that they will advise when Buffet is ready but they do t, and people must get up and start serving themselves! The server is not friendly, itās like he does not like his job! Iām not sure if itās the language thing but you donāt feel welcome as a guest! The atmosphere is cold and drab, dark just not inviting! They seem to do very well on take out! When you have another choice in town and they make you feel welcomed then thatās where you Go! What I do like about the buffet is that they offer Sushi !

The family that owns this Restaurant has got to be some of the friendliest and nicest people we have ever met. The service is top notch and they always go out of their way to make sure you have everything that you need.The food is also very delicious, comes to you quickly after you order and we like the fact that all their food is MSG FREE!!!Highly recommend you try this place and help support a local family business.

Iām disappointed to say that the food I ordered tasted like I was eating leftovers that were re- heated. I was not impressed at all. When I called to explain how the food tasted he became defensive and never offered an apology.

This was the absolutely worst Chinese food I ever ate. It was soggy and stale the sauce was over powering salty sickly sweet. The sesame chicken was mushy. The rice over cooked with a burnt taste. We ordered a dinner for 3 so not recommending this resturant at all. It was 71 dollars a waste of money. I called to see if they would try to offer something and the gentlemen who received my phone call āsaid there is nothing I can offer youā! I will not ever eat at Cana China Again

We camp up around forest and decided to order Chinese food for take-out wow we got the dinner for 2 B and was it ever hood best Chinese food we had in a long time thanks very much and will be ordering it next year when we come back
