The family that owns this Restaurant has got to be some of the friendliest and nicest people we have ever met. The service is top notch and they always go out of their way to make sure you have everything that you need. The food is also very delicious, comes to you quickly after you order and we like the fact that all their food is MSG FREE!!!Highly recommend you try this place and help support a local family business.

I’m disappointed to say that the food I ordered tasted like I was eating leftovers that were re- heated. I was not impressed at all. When I called to explain how the food tasted he became defensive and never offered an apology.

This was the absolutely worst Chinese food I ever ate. It was soggy and stale the sauce was over powering salty sickly sweet. The sesame chicken was mushy. The rice over cooked with a burnt taste. We ordered a dinner for 3 so not recommending this resturant at all. It was 71 dollars a waste of money. I called to see if they would try to offer something and the gentlemen who received my phone call “said there is nothing I can offer you”! I will not ever eat at Cana China Again

This restaurant was a very nice way to conclude an overnight work trip. Clean dining area and washroom. Freshly made food that was very delicious.

The very best food!!!! We are so lucky to have our very cherished Cana China restaurant so close to home. We miss Lilly and Joan but the new owners are certainly keeping upThe reputation of awesome food. I do however like Joan and Lilly's gravy better on the mushroom egg foo young than the new owners. The rest of their food makes up though for the

The wonton soup was off, it was a bit sour.I had the buffet, which was mostly fine. The beef in bean sauce was burnt. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very relaxing with a 50s China town restaurant vibe. Service was good, but it's a buffet.Overall a good experience but not up to what I have come to expect from Cana China.

Not great!!I liked the wonton soup but my hubby didn't. There was 4 dried out chicken wings, the beets were terrible. We thought they were pickled but they weren't, we couldn't even bite into them!! Fried Rice was ok, bean sprouts were good, chicken and broccoli was good, egg rolls tasted burnt, spring rolls were not good!My hubby didn't like the beef they had either. Chicken balls were all batter with a dot of chicken in the center! Lemon chicken was ok but the sauce was runny and didnt tadte like anything .The cinnamon roll cake was pretty dried out but had good flavor. Service was ok! It was very hot in there and very dark!Unfortunately we won't be going back , we were disappointed!Victory buffet in Sarnia is way better , and the new place in Forest is way better!!We always enjoyed the food when Joan owned it!

We live close to Forest and wanted Chinese food on a Saturday night. We thought we would try Canachina again because we heard it was under new management. What a GREAT dinner. Lots of food. Good tasting. Try it, I think that you will enjoy the food. Just a note, the dining room was also very busy. Good to see.

We ordered sweet and sour chicken, fried rice, chow main and chicken lo mein. We didn’t get any sweet and sour sauce and only two packets of plum sauce. We called letting them know of their mistake. They said we could come back and get the sauce or an extra sauce for free the next time. By the time it took for us to drive there and back the rest of the food would be cold. We asked if they could deduct the chicken balls off the bill. He said no. Then hung up on usNormally enjoy the food but the past few times we’ve had problems

We were excited to go for the buffet! Sadly food was awful, nothing seemed fresh, chicken balls were all dough tiny piece of chicken, beef was dry, tasteless food, and to top it all of they charged my 10 year old granddaughter full price, she eats like a bird, but is charged the price of a full grown man! Will not be returning.
