I asked for a product and the girl found it right away (good) but when I asked about weight loss, what should have been a clue for her to point to a product that she would recommend, but she could care less. You lost a sale!! Not the first time, I know others who won't go into your store! As a store owner myself, a sale is a sale! you need to train your staff better.

Great selection of products that promote and accelerate natural healing served by an incredibly knowledgeable and kind staff. The owners of this store take "serving the customer" to a truly remarkable level. They actually CARE! Who would have thought it?? It is truly a pleasure and relief to be able to go there with an issue and know you are receiving assistance that is based on their desire to help instead of just make a sale.
