Chuck's Roadhouse Bar & Grill

First off, it was freezing in there...everyone in the restaurant was wearing their coat while eating. I ordered steak and it was probably the worst steak I've ever eaten! The fries that came with it were so over fried, they were rock hard. My 5 year old wouldn't even eat them! $50 wasted for our meals. I generally post raving reviews and I try hard to find something nice to say, but I found nothing positive in my dining experience.

Brandy is such a wonderful talent she is always friendly and hospitable with everyone, love this place booths cool vibes Nav the new owner is so welcoming and engaging with the local people here in tow which is very important in this region. Foods on point wish there was a pool table upstairs but great local spot

Service was good, the food was good, and was surprised by an extra fee on the bill. I'm not sure what it's for, but the % of tip was on the total of the bill. I'd go back, but i will tip on just the food and drink next time

We only eat at chucks if Joey L. Is working. We have had awful experiences every time he's not there. And I me every tike. Joey greets you as you walk in very friendly and quick to have your order to you. It's like he's only there for you.

My husband and I have eaten food from here 3 times. The first time we dined in and ordered two burgers, two fries, and a plate of nachos, for some reason the nachos were wet with grease, we weren’t sure why because I don’t think they deep fry the nachos, we had to flag down our server after 20 minutes to let her know we wouldn’t be eating the nachos and to please take them off our bill her reply was “yeah I wouldn’t eat nachos here either”. Our second time we ordered take out two burgers, two fries, my husband arrived to pick them up and was handed the debit machine, he tapped his card and then when he was handed the receipt the total said $65, he brought it to the attention of the server at the bar who cashed him out and she realized she never cleared the last table she cashed out and had now lost the chit to be able to reenter that tables order and separate it from ours, he had to sit at the bar for 25 minutes and wasn’t offered anything while he had to wait for the staff to figure out how to rectify the mistake they just made. Now tonight we called for take out again, two burgers and two fries, my husband arrived to pick it up and when he arrived he was told they forgot to punch in our order and he could sit at the bar and wait, again offered nothing so he ordered a pint and paid for it. This place is a mess customer service wise, the staff aren’t properly trained, and give off the attitude that they really don’t care. I don’t no how much more we can simplify our order so we’ve decided we won’t be back.

The server was horrible took an hour for mine and my husbands food to come out. She tells us that they are out of stake bites but yet the table next to me that came in after me and my husband they order stake bits and get them, how is that ? Tables of other servers came in and out before we did.From when we sat down till we left was a hour and 45 mins .She took forever getting anything if you want better service go the the one in the falls. Always fast we are in and out in 45 mins.

Brandy and Moe are two exceptional individuals that know how to run the F.O.H. here very effectively and can bring new customers to this location without a problem. Good luck to all employed here, you're all doing a great job.

Always a great experience. Food is always amazing! Last visit was for unfortunate circumstances and the server(didn't get his name) did above and beyond to take care of the entire table. 10/10 would recommend
