Great Wall Chinese Restaurant

Very sad situation for a local let alone summer influx from afar ordering food on a Sunday night living north end Ridgeway, trying to bring home some hot food to get home and open the bag to find that you received an incorrect order. I had to call to let them know and drove back to get the order corrected understanding stuff happens. Finding once you get home for the second trip that your Bobo platter only had just 8 cream cheese wontons instead of four pork wontons, and four cream cheese wontons, in andd everything was cold by the time I got home. I can honestly say this will be our last visit whether it’s high time beach season or quiet time local season service should always be the same no issues. We will not see you this year at New Year’s Eve. On a higher note my flock of poultry thoroughly enjoyed the food. moving forward, Ridgeway has grown immensely and will continue to grow so if you’re trying to keep up to a Markham/Toronto feed frenzy and food I suggest getting with the times and delivering what people are actually looking for. executing your orders correctly would be a great start.

Ordered dinner for 2 B menu choice. It was ready for pick up within 20 min. The food was excellent and there was plenty of food. 5 Stars!!

I'm not from the area but while we were visiting my son and daughter in law we wanted Chinese food . So we looked up a palace that we could get it . Found Great wall . Let me tell you we were not disappointed. The food was exceptionally good . Anyone that buys food here will not be disappointed trust me.

I found a piece of metal in my food, and the meat tastes like fake meat. Terrible experience. I will never come back . Be careful .

Run, don't walk from this place. Had takeout dinner for 8. The fried rice is minute rice... From there it got worse. I guess you get what you pay for.

Great food. Too bad they lie about their hours. Called at 820pm to order pick up and they told me they close at 830. But their menu say they close at 9pm. Too bad. If I had known that I'd have ordered sooner.

Ordered $110.00 worth of food. I do this about twice a month when my family comes by. Usually good food and service. This order was missing the 3 egg rolls. Called back to request them. After 2 people got on the phone verified our order number..we could hear someone yell...they were in there..they are lying. Honestly.. I was angry. As if someone who spends over a hundred on an order is trying to rip them off for a free egg roll. This should have been a no-brainer.. I also had to drive all the way back for rude service. Back to Bellas for me...
