We dined here for the first time. What a wonderful experience. Attentive staff take care of you immediately and continuously throughout your dining experience. Delicious food with good portions. The won ton soup is delicious!! We can't wait to sit out on the patio alongside the Niagara River in warmer weather.

Placed a take out order for 119.00. Restaurant wasn't busy when I arrived for take out, 3 tables occupied, When I got home my order was missing 2 wonton soups but i got 1 egg roll i didn't order but was charged for 2. I called and spoke with the same person I placed the order with and she told me it was my fault, and I come back and buy soup and she would owe me the second eggroll. Again I said I didn't order any eggrolls and asked if they could deliver. She said "oh no" Too bad your attitude and order taking is so poor, word gets around in small towns.

I love going and I highly recommend The jumbo chili shrimp. it is my favorite

I was extremely pleased with my Christmas takeout from Happy Jack's. Absolute way to go for me! Love love loved it!

We decided to go to Happy Jack's for Christmas dinner, seeings there would be no one coming to our place until a later date. I made reservations the day before. Thinking it wouldn't be busy on Christmas Day. Boy was I wrong. We got there and people were lined up out the door, for both dine in and take out. I could not believe how many people actually went for chinese dinner like ourselves at Christmas. We waited 5 minutes for our table. Our food was served in less than 15 minutes, hot and delicious as always. Worth the drive from Niagara Falls . The service was #1. From the time we were seated , to being served , the waitress and bus boy, even though they were running around non stop, were continually checking on our table and everyone else to make sure everything was good. I have been going to Happy Jack's for many years, and I can say we have never ever had a bad experience since day 1. Try it out yourself , you will not regret doing so. The best chinese restaurant in the entire Niagara Region.

They must have new staff in the kitchen...food is not as good as it once was. I find rice has been overcooked..soups are inconsistent....just not happy at happy jacks.

The best chinese food anywhere. It beats chinese food in Buffalo, Rochester, New York, and many other cities.
Very good, fast service. Dine in and take out is great. The patio on the Niagara River is really nice... we wish it were open more, though... it is beautiful to sit outside along the river on a nice day. Mushroom fried rice, mixed vegetables with almonds, sweet and sour chicken are outstanding. Restrooms upstairs could use some closer attention for cleaning (use chlorine bleach and water to mop the floor and get rid of the odor in the mens room), and they are in desperate need of remodeling... they are beat up. The restaurant needs to improve their food safety, judging from health inspection reports posted online. It's getting a little pricey here. Highly recommended!

We were so excited to have our favorite and couldn’t wait to introduce Happy Jacks to our guests. My husband picked up our extensive order, and it was terrible! I ordered cashew nut chicken - spicy, but it was flavorless. Not one dish was tasty. We were so embarrassed and disappointed.

Had Pad Thai and C5 (shrimp, mushroom rice and sweet and sour pork). There was so much food that it was sharable and plenty of leftovers!! The food was fresh, hot and soooo delicious!! Best Chinese cuisine in the area!!
