Ordered 10pc of original chicken at dinner hour (kinda earlier) and they can’t fulfill the order. What exactly do ya do over there? Be better or let another business move in. Pretty sad

For the price you pay now days you would think that you would get the correct meal. The workers just hand out the food in the bags like they are all the same thing. Chances are if you go during a rush, you could be getting any item on the menu.

TERRIBLE QUALITY!! The chicken is barely breaded and half fried. The gravy had gross small chunks and the entire meal was gross. I haven’t been here in years and now it’s basically Karachi Fried Chicken… foreign imported staff working like their service is to Pakistan standards, not Canada.

This place is trash. Service is trash. You’re telling me you can serve chicken at 8:15pm when you close at 9pm. The wait time is ridiculous and bs. No gravy no chicken, sat like an idiot waiting for the girl to respond to me on the speaker in drive thru. She was telling me theirs no chicken, couldn’t make certain chicken, just flat out lazy. This place should be closed down for good.

Ordered a poutine, through the drive thru. It was like soup. Way too much gravy. French fries were soggy. Not much cheese curds. Called to see if I can return and get a new one with gravy on the side. I got hung up on.

Got here at 4:30 pm expecting to have dinner within the hour. After ordering thr 18 piece bucket with 5 large sides I expected a wait. I was told 30-40 minutes but nobody else was even there?? Ended up waiting an hour before asking about my food and they told me they forgot to make it! I had seen maybe a total of 6 customers while waiting for my food. Another hour and 30 minutes later shorter after 7, I asked them once again about my food. They said it's on its way and asked me to wait in the car for 30 MORE MINUTES. I went out to McDonald's got a big Mac, came back asked once again about my food as it's now 7:40 and they said it's too late and they're closing soon. I then was asked to leave and saw them enjoying chicken from the front seat in my car. I never got my chicken or my refund. Would never even consider going to another KFC in my life

Ordered food the 18 piece bucket meal last night… chicken was all cut in smaller pieces and counted as 18 . Horrible. Fries were cold … salads were half filled . Will never go here again.

Purchased a two can dine box at the fort erie location. Pieces were abnormally small and one piece, a drumstick, looked like it was half eaten. If this is what they believe is good quality that they are handing out, they are definitely in the wrong business. They should be ashamed.

Went to the drive through a few months ago. I wanted to order a 3 piece chicken dinner. When I placed my order, I was told I would have to wait over 30 minutes to get my food! I found this totally unreasonable for a fast food place. When I spoke to the individual through the intercom and stated "I thought this was fast food!" another employee piped up and said "no it's not". I thought KFC was fast food, or did something change?
Anyways I won't be in a hurry to go back there any time soon. Many other options for take out in town.
