Used to work in Fort Erie. Was my go to on Tuesday for lunch. New management must have took over a couple years ago. Was in drive through. Ordered Tuesday special . NO CLUE WHAT I MEANT! Toonie Tuesday started in 1999!!! Waited 10 min. Told to park in front. Another 10 minutes guy brings half the order. Tell him. Wait another 18 minutes guy brings order. Still incorrect Had to go back to work couldn't wait any longer. This was in 2014. HOW ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS??? Save yourself the headache. STAY AWAY.

Their service is not good, they do not provide customer service for a long time and tell their own story behind their back. Of all the restaurants in Fort Erie, KFC's service is the worst. Those who deliver food have to be delayed unnecessarily and if they say something, they get disliked. People do not consider delivery boys as people. They probably know that a dislike can cause the delivery man's ID to be closed. Their behavior is not good. I would say that KFC has the worst service in Fort Erie.

Made me wait about 15 minutes on the counter without any explanation so i pulled to the drive through since no one attended me in the kiosk they told me in drive through that they are having issues with chicken stock. Which is finr but why not explane it to the customer waiting ? Just wasting people time without explanation. Do better kfc

I was sent an email to pick up my food at 4:43pm. I arrive at 4:45pm, and it's not ready. I'm told I have to wait 20 minutes. 3 other orders went in after mine, all completed while I was waiting. I waited a total of 45 minutes, on top of that my order ended up being incorrect. This is a poorly operated and managed facility. I will not return EVER.

I have the same experience as the others that wrote reviews. I mobile ordered on the App at 4:32pm and prepaid with a promised ready time of 4:45pm. I arrived at 4:43pm at the drive thru and the server knew nothing of my order. I showed him my confirmation on my cell.Told me to park in front and will be ready in 5 mins. I waited and when nothing happened, went inside where there were 2 frustrated customers waiting. I asked where my order was and again 5 mins. I finally got it at 5:10 pm. The times on the receipt did not match my phone receipt. It was altered to a latter time. So ordered at 4:30pm, received order 5:10 pm. The chicken was greasy and falling apart, disgusting. Never again at this Fort Erie KFC.

Quantities were not like other kfc's we have been to.
Large size popcorn chicken was like small size portion.
Chicken tenders were half the size and dry.
Fries 🍟 had alot of salt and was unbearable to eat.
We had to order more food due to portions we got being so small.

My family and I went to the Fort Erie KFC drive-thru to order a 10-piece bucket with 3 sides. After asking me to wait twice, the staff finally told me they had no chicken—at 7:30 pm! What’s the point of a KFC with no chicken? If they can’t serve their main product, they shouldn’t be open. The staff also seemed lazy and uninterested. This location feels like a waste of space; it would be better rented out to another restaurant, especially since Fort Erie could use more dining options. Avoid this branch to save yourself the headache.

Probably the worst experience I've ever had with a fast food place. Staff couldn't be bothered to help me, so I had to rely on the kiosk. The food took 25 minutes to come out. The poutine was more akin to French fry stew, and the chicken was so greasy, that it was seeping grease through the skin. Over all, the service was non existent, the prep time was Incredibly slow, and the food tasted awful. Don't waste your time here.
