Wow. Just wow. I went to this establishment and wow am I disappointed. The food was good. But the service… let’s just say the manger was quite rude, she was very passive aggressive towards customers and the way she spoke to the employees… how is she even a manager? She is abusing her power and degrading people and the establishment she works for… I highly recommend new management. Won’t be returning until new management is in place that was unimaginable those poor workers. My prayers are with you and I hope new management comes 💕

I’m really disappointed with my experience here. I ordered a Deep Dish and what I received was nowhere close to the proper thickness. The crust was extremely thin, almost like a regular pizza, and definitely not what Little Caesars advertises as “Deep Dish.”
When I brought it up, the staff told me this was “normal” and that even if they remade it, it would come out the same. That felt dismissive and honestly a bit insulting. I’ve ordered Deep Dish many times before and it has never looked like this. It’s frustrating to be told something so obviously wrong is “normal,” instead of just acknowledging the mistake and fixing it.
Between the poor quality and the lack of customer service, I won’t be returning to this location. Very disappointing.

Pep hot and ready with very little cheese. I would say no cheese but there was at least a couple of identifiable pieces. Crazy bread was flat and hollow. I would NOT visit this location again. Service is getting a three the people were friendly bit “service” for quality of product was low. Atmosphere empty hot and ready cases so I have to give it a three as well.
I get a Great Canadian and crazy bread anytime I go... the food is good,service is outstanding...
