My fiance & I had dinner last night at this quaint & classy little bistro. Everything was beyond 5 stars, from the atmosphere to Holly's great service to the incredibly delicious food that Chef George personally came out to ensure met with our satisfaction... will have us going back regularly.It truly over-exceeded our expectations!

Just had one of the best dinners I’ve had in quite sometime at M Bistro tonight. The presentation of every plate is spectacular and the taste is superb. I had the Pork Wellington and my wife had the Salmon Risotto; both plates were fantastic. Chef George came out to chat with us and gave our dining experience a special touch, on top of Holly’s excellent service. M Bistro is a true gem and highly recommended!

How great to have a local bistro with an amazing server and a chef that prepared a beautiful meal. We had the shrimp appetizer followed by the steak Oscar that was cooked perfectly. If ha e expected to pay a lot more for this lovely meal in Toronto. Check out the M bistro!

M Bistro is a hidden gem in Crystal. The menu is focused and every dish we had was a winner. Atmosphere is cozy. Food was excellent. Service was warm and attentive. My compliments to Chef George and his team! We will be back soon!

You will love the cozy atmosphere and quality menu that Chef George has created. Fine dining at a reasonable price in Crystal Beach. We were waiting for this. His newest feature offers a three course meal and a bottle of wine for two at $120. Starting with a shared Caesar Salad, then a choice of four entrees one of which is a 6 oz. fillet. Finish off with a shared dessert. Go a la carte if you wish and he will split an entree if you are a light eater. We have been twice with guests and everyone raved about their choice so there is no need to make a recommendation. A great feature is the Relish Tray that is provide free shortly after you are seated. Reservations are a must as the Bistro is small.

I visited this spot in August 2022. Came back with a friend, and the interior has changed a bit since my last visit, but still a great selection of local products. Different kinds of olive oil. We had coffee (Balzac's) and banana loaf and sat at a table. The service was great, a friendly unrushed atmosphere. This is a great spot for coffee/tea after going for a walk on the beach.

We are staying in Crystal Beach just around the corner from this lovely corner shop. It has everything - Dufflet pastries, nice coffee, fresh fruit and salad to go, and then a wide array of skin and sun care products, beach-themed things, souvenirs, etc. It's so lovely and I've spent an embarrassing amount of money there this week, mostly on Dippin Dots.One thing to note, and a way that sets businesses apart from one another, is that we are visiting with our four children, including my 11 year old son with severe intellectual disability. The person who has been working in the store the most since we've arrived is incredibly patient, kind, and welcoming to him (which, believe it or not, is unique) and one of the major reasons we've been back so much. I love to support inclusive, welcoming businesses like this one. Great work, Crystal Beach Mercantile.Also - whoever is doing their purchasing is a genius. A wonderful, intuitive selection of goods.
