Quesada Burritos & Tacos

Very unprofessional and cheap people working there who are even trying to charge you for the sauces thats comes with the burritos . I was trying to get combo and the girl was like chips and drink are of regular price it is not part of combo and she is like let me talk to my owner if these chips and drink can be a part of combo and her owner be like since you are getting regular we can not make combo you have to buy it separate . Needs a-lot of improvement . I’ll never come to this place again and good luck for those who are coming .

Long time customer here. Food is good and people are nice, sometimes portion sizing is small depending on who you get.

My issue is that they haven’t worked hard enough at learning their franchise’s loyalty program or their POS. If you’re part of their loyalty program, i’d recommend not redeeming any points here as they have no clue whats going on and you as the customer will have to suffer from their mistakes. As far as i understand, the franchise isn’t good at providing them information, but this excuse only works the first couple times, eventually I blame the lack of effort on them to find the information they need to run their business and serve the customer what’s promised.

This place is great I would say this though, if you are not used to meat that much I wouldn't recommend this place because my parents got indigestion eating here but I didn't. Otherwise the food is great and I would most definitely recommend it.

In a regular customer of Quesada, this is certainly the worst location, I’d recommend driving to another Quesada and don’t waste the time at this location. Very poor service. Woman working with classes who appears middle eastern is incapable of this job. She was disorganized in her steps of making the burritos. She asked if me and my girlfriend wanted hot or mild chicken, meanwhile neither of us ordered chicken. She seemed oblivious to everything, for example the discount of the day for the burrito I picked and the use of the app. She also charged us for a large chips and Queso and proceeded to give us a small. Needs improvement!

TERRIBLE!!! Don’t waste your time ordering from this joke of a restaurant. They’re so cheap with the quality and quantity of your meal. So skimpy with topping ( 2 pieces of everything… literally) spent $30 on a joke of 32 burritos that I threw out. NEVER GO HERE.
