Came here for my birthday dinner, very relaxing and great service, waitress was super kind and brought out a birthday dessert for me as well to celebrate. Food and drinks were all delicious.

The inside is super nice and cozy, very Italian. Only thing I would recommend for the restaurant is to add some fans for hot weather. The shade is nice but some fans would make it best.

Bagged grocery salads are larger and taste better. Stuffed mushrooms were very disappointing considering the price and quantity. Don’t eat here.

So had dinner last night…ordered some stuff peppers…they were awesome. Service was great…her name was Mya. However…the pizzas were disappointing. I ordered the sopressata and honey…my wife ordered the margarita…both came with way too much sauce and hardly any toppings. Barely any cheese on both…and mine had 6 slices of very thin sopressata on it…I couldn’t even taste it…I look over at who is making the pizzas..a couple of young kids making them and not paying attention to the details necessary make a good pizza and charge the prices you do. I would not recommend this place for the pizza…however the other food seems pretty good. I even held up a slice of my wife’s margarita…and we watched the sauce fall off…piece after piece.

We frequent the restaurant and always find Cassie to be our favorite server. She is very kind and friendly to our children, and also very attentive to our table (so for her it's 5 stars for service). However, we always feel slightly disappointed when we get someone else as it isn't uncommon for them to be inconsistent with things such as bringing our table water or bread and the bar seems to get backed up during dinner rush leaving us drinkless for what feels like eternity sometimes (we just order bottled beer, no cocktails). We're local restaurant buffs and have been to almost every spot, Vito's has the most delicious food hands down- to the point where we chose to forego all the other restaurants.

My wife and I went to this restaurant on Thursday, July 27.We were very disappointed with the food. I ordered pene pasta in rose sauce with sliced chicken.The pasta was over cooked and the chicken was tough and chewy.My wife ordered low carb chicken parmigiana with zucchini noodles.The chicken was very tough and chewy. She complained and was offered regular, breaded chicken parmigiana, which was also terrible. We will not go back.

I had high expectation but the food was not good at all. Kids pasta dish was sooo small with one meatball. My risotto was a salty soup that didn’t come close to any risotto I’ve had before. The cutlery was dirty and they served water in plastic glasses. For a higher end restaurant with their prices I expected a better service. It wasn’t busy at all as I came with my young child for an early dinner and yet it took them forever to serve us. Very disappointed.

Sat on the patio and had a couple cold drinks and a bite to eat. The service is was excellent. Friendly and efficient. Perused the menu and it looks very good and reasonably priced. We are going back for pizza.

We arrived at the restaurant at 6:00 pm for our reservation. There was 4 adults and 4 kids. No one came to greet us at the table until about 6:30. My friend and I ordered the sangria. It was watered down and we told the server we’d like to send it back. She proceeded to challenge us and say it tastes watered down because it was half Soda water. My friend went inside to use the washroom and overheard the waitress complaining about us to her colleagues. We got one basket of bread for a table of 8. When we wanted more it was an additional charge. We received all of our food around 7:30. We’ve been there 3 times before and had a wonderful experience. I won’t be returning.

We came in on a relatively calm Monday night as a family of 4, the food was good at best, the atmosphere was ok as well. What warranted this 1 star review was how awful the service was. Our server was super late on everything, first of all, we had to ask for cutlery after we had our food served and shortly after getting my food I ordered a pop which came around the time I was done with my food basically. We ordered dessert after and she brought the, bill before the dessert. Maybe they were short staffed, maybe they had issues in the kitchen or the bar, but it does not excuse the rudeness and the belittling we have felt in the atmosphere. Definitely was not worth the price tag this place had.

Some friends & I went Friday evening & we were impressed with the friendly, efficient staff & the delicious food. Service was very good. Great patio too. We all agreed are food was amazing. I can't wait to go back! ☺

I was so excited to have my birthday dinner here... We walked in and it smelt delicious in there. We were sat down at a table right beside the kitchen so saw many staff. We sat there for almost 40 mins without even being asked for a drink. As we sat there all this time another couple sat down at the table beside us and instantly were asked for drinks. This was enough for us to get up and leave. I was so disappointed as I was really looking forward to this dinner.
