Always has the friendliest staff, almost always come into two very kind girls, and a man all of which are always smiling, making conversation, and helping me out in anyway I ask, as a plus it’s usually not crazy busy and has a very cute interior, I would highly recommend this location purely for its staff, but the quality of food and atmosphere never fails to change, I commonly regular this location and for good reason. Come eat here and enjoy a sub!!!

Both my wife and I got sick eating at this location. Have been here multiple times with good experiences, however, something was clearly off.

I was there to pickup delivery order, lady at the front was very rude. I asked for a bag for drinks and she refused gave me one instead told me to put the hot food and cold drinks in the same insulated bag. Calls herself manager and doesn’t even tell me her name while she screams. Obviously they don’t care about someone’s food. I don’t recommend ordering here. I doubt it how these clowns handle food. The owner at the back listening doesn’t care because he doesn’t know how to deal with customers either. Also at the end they say they’re gonna block me from picking up orders at their store like they are the only restaurant in the city and I won’t survive without them lol.

The subs were delicious. The gentleman was friendly and kind who made our subs. We had bad experiences the last few times so his positive kind attitude surely made up for it

Paudip and Sara ( I may have spelt their names wrong) they are great workers super friendly and they make the most delicious sandwiches I have ever had. I’d highly recommend going here for food.

...was desperate!
Bad subs. The chicken tasted weird!
Surely, making a good (or even passable) sub should not be so hard.
Not cheap either!

Used a coupon to get a cheaper sub and ended up paying 14 dollars with the coupon. Nobody there will help you get anything cheap, they hate to hear you don't want chips or cookies or a drink.

I hadn't gone to subway since I was in my 20s, I'm now 52 For years I avoided the place and went to sub, sandwich shops and pizzerias for a good sub. One day about 3 months ago I decided to try the BMT. Ok, I had been missing an amazing sub. Of course the fresh baked bread is a given for making the BMT great.
Over the last couple weeks I've really customized the BMT just right. I get double meat on my sub, their amazingly flavorful pepperoni is the best, but I just can't find anything like it in any deli to purchase some for home. The Genoa salami (well, what they call Genoa salami isn't bad at all) with black forest ham and now spicy capicola really makes the sub, and now with the addition of spicy capicola they call it a Supremo BMT.
I have substituted bufalo mozz for the regular white cheddar they used and from time to time I even add bacon for alittle extra something, but not always. Lettuce, tomato, onion, green pepper and mayo rounds out my expensive sub (lol), but it's worth it.
Believe it or not Subway is making some great subs, and they have changed my mind completely concerning them being a large food chain that use to use only average cold cuts. Their fresh baked bread, fresh toppings and now above average quality cold cuts should be changing the way most people presently look at Subway. As for the Fort Erie Subway's staff and service, they are really tops. Service with a smile, very friendly, polite and sandwich educated (lol), they really know how to make a sub, and by all accounts the place always looks clean and gloves are always worn.
The Fort Erie Subway will always be a regular stop for me at least 3 -4 times a week. That is how addicted I've become to the Supremo BMT. I might even try one of their other Italian style subs.

I ordered 2 footlong steak and cheese subs, they were absolutely terrible ! I managed to eat a 6inch out of 2 footlongs with little amount of steak it wasnt even worth by one get one free and threw them in the trash. Worst subway i have ever experienced, asked for regular onions i guess they are trained to cover for the lack of steak by throwing extra onions to fool people. I also ordered 2 footlong meatball subs for my uncle. Ive actually never saw him spit out a sub in front of me until now. The meat balls were rock hard, and were rancid tasting. Possibly burnt from being put in the fridge and re cooked numerous times when they should be thrown out.

Great subs. Decent prices, and I would recommend the BLT sub. The store is always kept clean and tidy.
